Pros
Their customer service and dedication to continually improving their product won my trust from the very beginning. They continue to be reliably responsive.
The price was fantastic, it was nice with the automated reminder texts, and online booking.
It is amazing that my clients are able to book online with ease. Its very appealing to the eye and easy to navigate when creating schedules and making appointments.

I have some issues with making changes with payments that may have been inputted wrong.
Signing in every single time and it lags so i don't always have time to wait for it to pop open. The keep me signed in button doesn't appear to work.
I just found out about the clinical intake, but after using it, I found out it deletes past information which is terrible.
So I am stuck with the email reminders as my only option for now.

"ClinicSense is a high quality platform"
Overall: I really liked ClinicSense and its ability to provide HIPAA compliant SOAP notes. I did not utilize all the features that it offers because I had to have multiple platforms to accommodate my personal trainers and physical therapy staff. The massage therapists on staff primarily used ClinicSense and seemed to enjoy it.
Pros: ClinicSense offers excellent quality for SOAP Notes specific to massage therapists. The body diagram with the ability to either quickly check problem areas or manually select problem areas while writing more details is a great feature.
Cons: ClinicSense is not a robust charting platform for personal trainers or physical therapists.

Overall: its been really easy and it's been wonderful to see the platform growing and improving the longer I use it.
Pros: I love the ease of use. Clients can book online with a simple layout. Everything on the back end is easy to set up. Hardly any system issues.
Cons: I wish I could "add on" services with a button with booking. example: Massage (add hot stone)(add cupping) ect.. It would also be nice to "block" certain clients from online booking from the backend.

Overall: We have not been happy and would change to a new system if it wasn't so much trouble. I anticipate us changing eventually.
Pros: The only thing that we liked about ClinicSense is that we didn't have to use an appointment book at the office any longer.
Cons: This booking system has so many glitches and problems that we get frustrated weekly. Modalities saved for a practitioner are lost, schedules showing to clients are different than what is on the books...You also can't reach someone for help during the weekends.

Overall: Good. Easy. Growing as the years have gone by. Adding news things that I’m looking for which is great. Hoping for more of the things I wanted to come soon. I did see loads of new things are being worked on which is great.
Pros: That my clients can easily book online and I can add the link to all of my platforms.
Cons: I wish I had more text options for clients. Most of my clients don’t use their emails. Texting is all the rage. More options to utilize that would be great.

Overall: Love how easy it is to use and the support the company shows to its customers.
Pros: It’s so easy to use the system for scheduling. And I love that it sends out a reminder for the apt.
Cons: Sorry so far nothing really. Maybe just how the note forms are set up.

Overall: Overall, Clinicsense has definitely been worth the investment. It keeps me much more organized and the customer service is incredible if you run into any issues.
Pros: I originally signed up for Clinicsense for their covid prescreening email function. Though this is no longer needed, I still love the product. The biggest impact it has had on my business is a significant reduction in no show clients due to the reminder emails and texts it sends out. I also really appreciate the ability to book new clients anywhere I am at with the app.
Cons: I am still waiting for them to add a cancelation list feature.

Cons: Clients cant book couples massages or go on a waitlist, causing business to lose interested clients umif they dont have the option

Overall: ClinicSense helps me set up client profiles easily, and capture patient details required for statements of services for patients who submit their own insurance reimbursement claims.
Pros: The ability to manage appointments, view client appointment history, and to enable clients to request or change appointments.
Cons: Nothing in particular comes to mind; however, having the capability to bill insurance providers durectly from ClinicSense would be a plus.

Pros: how user friendly it is, for practitioners but also for clients booking! I like the ability to duplicate notes to make charting easier!
Cons: not sure, i think i’d like extra consent options for additional modalities such as cupping or hot stone massage
"Minimalist joy "
Overall: ClinicSense is great value for money. Wonderful for new practitioners and those running a small business. Large businesses I work for make good use of it too.
Pros: ClinicSense is straightforward to use. The treatment note templates are minimalist which I prefer, because extra fluff can sometimes be very distracting. The menu bar allows me quick access to a client's contact information, appointment history, invoices etc.
Cons: ClinicSense does run slow at times, for instance, when opening up a client file or treatment note. Sending a receipt was not intuitive at first, because there is no icon to do it, but rather we click on "add signature" then "send email."
"Easy to use, best Massage Therapy management tool I've seen."
Overall: I have been with clinicsense for some time and have only experienced its platform getting better and easier to use. I was so happy about it during and throughout the pandemic as adding extra forms and health information was easily accessible and we can continue to edit forms and messages which is fantastic.
Pros: I love how easy it is to click and use. The widget was easy to add to my website and the link to Facebook. I like the look and feel and that I can manage how much information the therapist and front end can view from shared profiles. I can see everything from my account- Revenue, sales tax, etc. divided by therapist making payroll a breeze.
Cons: I don't feel the mobile version is the best yet. I would like to access reports and such from the app and be able to use the back button without logging out. I also would like to have better access to how the soap notes are inputted as this is not something we currently use. but we are moving closer to paper-free.

Overall: good, but needs some improvements on certain options like patients scheduling rules, online scheduling, and no show guard payment settings. Also I wish I had more an option to ask for a new patients credit card, so that if they don't show I can charge it.
Pros: The ease and look of the system. The accessibility as well.
Cons: I wish I could not allow certain patients to book online. I wish I could ask a patient to give me their credit card info when they book online themselves and not charge their account until after seeing them. I wish I had more option with the scheduling and flexibility.

Cons: On the Lite plan, limited customization and advanced tools may be a drawback for some practitioners. Also, some features are not easily accessible when using the platform on a mobile device.

Overall: It's been pretty good, customer service gets back to you in a timely fashion and answers all your questions.
Pros: It's easy to use, does almost everything for you, clients like the easy access and purchasing gift certificates and now packages can be kept track online.
Cons: The changes that are made where you get charged for customers support if you're having an issue. I'll be one of those small businesses that don't need the added expense. And how it took too long to get the packages program running.

Overall: Overall I do love it and at the end of the day it’s worth the money to have all the features. I haven’t had many issues with scheduling and am honestly still learning as I go. But it’s a sturdy platform and I enjoy using it. Would love some major updates to the app though!
Pros: I love that everything is in one place (schedule, policies, SOAP notes, etc) online scheduling is easy for clients.
Cons: Difficult for clients to cancel their appts if they deleted their initial email. Would be nice if clients could have an account to see all their appts. Would be nice to be able to drag appts to adjust instead of having to cancel and rebook. It would just be more fluid. A little on the pricier side to add on certain features. Especially as a small business where it’s just me!

Overall: I have a great experience with clinicsense. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a user friendly software. They even offer trainings where you learn how to improve your business, tips in marketing, etc.
Pros: * Easy to setup and user friendly * Excellent customer service * It got everything I need as a solo practitioner
Cons: * Software can't block unwanted clients. Luckily I love all my clients. However, this can be a safety issue that clinicsense needs to add to their system for therapist who unfortunately got creepy clients/unwanted clients.

Overall: My overall experience with ClinicSense has been wonderful! It is a receptionist in a computer program!
Pros: This program is a lifesaver for me as a solo Massage Practitioner. Clients are able to go directly from my webpage to book their appointments, choosing the service they desire. The program then sends email and text confirmations and reminders freeing me up from phone tag. I receive email and text alerts for each booking as well! It also contains options for marketing such as encouraging clients to leave a Google review as well as email birthday acknowledgement.
Cons: Since my services include enhancements ClinicSense does not allow for "add-ons" to a baseline massage. I am then required to create service options which include a base massage with each of the enhancements individually. My clients have expressed the lack of ease of choosing exactly what they would like since there are so many service buttons. I understand that this is on their "to-do" list and will at sometime be integrating it into the program.

Pros: I absolutely love the fact that clients have the ability to see my availability and book appointments, complete forms a receive reminders without me having to do anything. I also love that all my client forms l, details and notes are held in the same place
Cons: It can sometimes be complicated to set availability and personal time if there are random gaps in a day, rather than one big block of time

I also appreciate the ability to update and change my formsThe customer service has been on point and prompt to respond, but I have an issue or a questionHowever, I would say that the calendar sinking from ClinicSense, to my Apple, and Google is not that seamless.In addition to that the week to week scrolling on my phone to check for appointments rather than month-to-month is a little bit tedious and annoying.

Overall: I singed up for Clinicsense a few of years ago, and I've been happy with it ever since.
Pros: I really appreciate how responsive the customer service is. I have always had prompt help with any issue, and they really make sure I understand. I love that they send videos explaining how to do things. I also like how easy it is to set up, and to manage all my appointments.
Cons: I think I have not explored this enough to learn for myself, but I don't feel like i understand how to see what my clients are receiving. Really, I just think I need to spend more time with it.

I’d also like to have some sort of waiting list feature similar to GO rendez vous, which reaches out to people once there’s a cancellation.I’d like tos we different calendar viewing options as well.. not just daily and weekly
