I overall lovw this program, it is easy for me to use and it is also client friendly. They also have an easy time navigating the site.

Pros

I like the ease of use. It handles everything I need it to (scehduling in oerson and online, email blasts, reminders, google reviews, gift certificates, reports, documentation, payments). Customer service is very prompt and always helpful. They actually answer you and provide solutions and videos to guide you through if needed.

Cons

I hate that they got rid of their alerts. For example, there used to be a function thst if you put it a message that was important i.e LATEX ALLERGY, i could create an alert and it would instantly pop up as soo as inipened their file. They have eliminated that. Also, theybgot rid of being able to attach or send videos or documents in an email. So if i cfrate a holiday card and want to put it in my email, i can not attach the file anymore. Booo!!

Overall, I’ve had an excellent experience using ClinicSense. I often recommend it to other people looking for booking software.

Pros

I have been using ClinicSense for about 4 years. I initially starting using it because the level one pricing was super affordable and it allowed me to upgrade as needed for my business. Upgrading to the second level package has made a huge difference. My clients find the online booking system easy to use, and being able to keep track of gift cards and packages online has made things easier for me. Online forms has made intake super fast easy and SOAP notes have easy to use body diagrams.

Cons

The only issue I’ve had with ClinicSense has been the app. It’s still better than a lot of other booking apps I’ve used l, but I doesn’t allow you to sell gift certificates or packages from it, which is really only a slight inconvenience.

Pros

Not difficult to use the system, and fair price, however, the fee is about to increase by $30

I’ve been using ClinicSense since 2018 and it’s made my life as a business owner so much smoother, I recommend the platform to other massage therapists!

Pros

ClinicSense has a friendly, communicative staff and a very user friendly platform. Any issues that occur are addressed immediately and the customer service is wonderful. Appointments are easy to book and payments are straightforward! The cost is totally reasonable for all of the perks included.

Cons

While I’ve never had any unresolvable issues on my end, some clients have had trouble rescheduling appointments in the past; however that could be user error. Every time I reached out to ClinicSense Support Team, they solved the problem quickly and efficiently.

A fantastic piece of software that I plan to stick with and it’s been a fantastic partner in my business growth! Overall, I’m a very happy customer and highly recommend it to other therapists!

Pros

I have used ClinicSense for the last five years, ever since I opened my doors. It is a fantastic platform that handles everything from online booking to detailed SOAP charting seamlessly. It’s user-friendly, reliable and I highly recommend it for any massage therapist starting out or looking to upgrade their system.

Cons

Lack of a Client Portal is my biggest pain point. Currently, clients cannot easily log in to view or reschedule upcoming appointments on their own. They have to contact me directly for every change, which interrupts my workflow. As a sole owner/practitioner, I need my software to empower clients to self-manage their schedules so I can focus on treatment. The mobile app experience feels clunky and is not as user-friendly as the desktop version. I often find myself needing to wait until I'm at a computer to do tasks that should be easy to handle on the go.

Overall, my experience has been very good with ClinicSense. It always works the way I expect it to, and I like having the comfort that there won't be a surprise shutdown or something.

Pros

The customer support at ClinicSense is amazing. I usually get a response within 24hrs if not sooner. The support team is friendly and sends videos on how to address whatever problem I have.

Cons

I would love it if there was a way to export a client's file. Right now if I need to provide the file to a lawyer (for example), I need to download each treatment note separately, which for clients who have been coming to me for years can take a lot of time.

I would like to be able to categorize or mark clients as "Active," "Inactive," or "Deceased." Then run reports on how many clients I have in each category.

I have used it now for over a year and it has been the best addition to my practice! Prior to using ClinicSense, my schedule was a mess and my treatment notes were disorganized. Now, everything is where it should be and I love how much less work is required on my end!

Pros

Ease of use, and Customer service. These 2 items were the main reasons I added ClinicSense to my practice.

Cons

So far, nothing. I have had a couple of issues with the software and was able to get help nearly immediately and my issues were resolved in less than 1 business day.

I really like using clinic sense. I have used other booking sites and some didn't have the option to do the notes online for clients. I really like that you can personalize it the way you want it.

Pros

I like that it is very easy to use. If there were any issues it was easy to get help. Making payments was very simple. My clients loved that they would get a reminder before their appointments. The price of the system was very reasonable , comparable to most systems out there if not better. I would definitely recommend to other RMTs

Cons

There wasn't too much that I didn't like about this booking system. I did find the app version for my phone a little frustrating at times. Trying to print out receipts from app was difficult trying to find where to do it from. Sometimes I would accidently hit the back button on my phone instead of the apps back and I would have to exit the whole app to get back to what I was doing.

It has been very easy to use ClinicSense right from setup. It's quite user-friendly, and plenty of notification of new features. I haven't had any issues, so I can't speak to any support aspect.

Pros

The ease of appointment scheduling and tracking receivables is great! Easy to see where I stand at a glance. My clients very much appreciate the reminders they receive, and to be able to choose between either email or text.

Cons

I don't have the option to set a different schedule for a time in the future. As an example, if I work Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm now and I want to change to Monday through Thursday, 1pm to 8pm in the new year, I can't set that and have my online schedule reflect this correctly.

I think it’s priced fairly and user friendly. When I have had to contact customer service, they always reply promptly and are helpful.

I can’t think of any negatives at the moment. Maybe instead of paying one lump sum each year we could pay every 6 months?

Overall, I really like Clinicsense. I have been using it since 2018, and it has consistently added new features that have made business growth easy. It is an easy to use and all around good clinic management software.

Pros

I love that all of my appointments, notes, client communication, gift certificates, and packages are all in one place and easy to manage.

Cons

It is hard to manage unlimited memberships that don't have a set number of appointments. Also, it would be nice if the treatment packages that are set up could be available to purchase as gift certificates on the booking site.

The best software for massage therapists, hands-down! It is so easy to use, and if you have any questions the customer service fom the ClinicSense team is amazing. You don't usually find this level of customer service anymore. This software is worth every penny.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of a thing I don't like about ClinicSense! And if you do find somthing you feel that could be done differently, ClinicSense does what they can to accommodate the user.

I like the program for its ease of use. It stays up to date with the standards of practice we require as RMTs in Canada. I love the customer support team, they are responsive and helpful with any question! I think its value for money is one of the better options out there when looking for a reliable booking and charting system.

I would love it if there were a few more reminder options for sending the clients reminders and the time-frame options to choose from before the scheduled appointment time.

Overall, my experience with ClinicSense has been very positive. It’s a professional, user-friendly platform that streamlines booking, reminders, SOAP notes, and invoicing, making practice management much easier. While there are some drawbacks with scheduling gaps, mobile SOAP note entry, and limited access to other practitioners’ notes, the benefits far outweigh the cons. With a few improvements, ClinicSense could be close to perfect for both practitioners and clients.

Pros

One of the biggest strengths of ClinicSense is how user-friendly it is, both for practitioners and for clients. The online booking system is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the automated reminders by email and text significantly cut down on no-shows. I also appreciate how SOAP notes and client records are well-organized and stored in one place, making it simple to keep track of important information. Having scheduling, charting, invoicing, and client communication all integrated into one platform saves a lot of time and streamlines day-to-day practice management. On the client-facing side, everything looks professional and polished — from the booking page to receipts and emails — which helps build trust and creates a great overall impression.

Cons

ClinicSense is very helpful overall, but one scheduling drawback stands out. When clients go to book, they often default to a 60-minute massage. If a 60-minute slot doesn’t fit, the system shows me as unavailable — even though I might have room for a 30- or 45-minute session. This creates gaps in my schedule that could otherwise be filled, and clients sometimes assume I’m fully booked when I’m not. It would be a big improvement if the booking system could suggest shorter available durations when a client’s preferred time doesn’t allow for a full hour. That way, schedules could be optimized and clients wouldn’t miss out on seeing me. If ClinicSense could improve how alternative session lengths are displayed or suggested to clients when they’re booking, it would help reduce these scheduling gaps and maximize the practitioner’s time. Second, writing SOAP notes on mobile can be a bit difficult. While notes can be entered through the website, it’s not very smooth on a phone. Having the option to write SOAP notes directly in the app would make charting much more convenient and efficient. Finally, I wish there were a way to view other practitioners’ SOAP notes for shared clients, which would improve continuity of care in multi-practitioner settings. Overall, I appreciate the platform, but addressing these three points would make ClinicSense even stronger.

Cons

Sometimes it takes abit for your suggestions to be recieved and changes to happen, but that is a pretty normal thing for developing a website.

The setup fits your needs whether you run a business or have employees work for you. Everything is quite helpful!

Cons

The ability to send out emails for specific groups of clients. I am a independent contractor and admin at a club house so I have the inability to send emails to specific clients or a specific group of clients.

Easy to use and the response time to my concerns are fast. ClinicSense is very easy to use, intuitive, and reliable. The customer support team responds quickly and resolves concerns efficiently, which helps our clinic run smoothly on a daily basis

scheduling. Clients found it so easy to make bookings. The scheduling setup can take some time to fine tune at the beginning. However, once configured properly, clients find it very easy to book appointments online.

I only have use this partime so a discounted price for the software would be welcomed. They do offer a 20 appointments or less fee but if there was an even cheaper fee for less then 10 a month I would be grateful

CLIENTS LOVE HOW EASY IT IS. I get compliments all the time about how easy my online booking is and its such a fast experience. I love the abilility to manage my clients, do soap notes, and get credit cards on file to reduce cancellations or charge no shows. Its easy to manage and the reminders it sends to my clients is super valuable. Best value for what you get.

Cons

I'd say the things I like least they have addressed and fixed over the years. It would be nice if I could offer a separate service or company without buying another subscription (so I can send links to different clients to only see specific services) But for the needs I have this is perfect.

I have used Clinicsense since opening up my own practice in 2020. It is easy and convenient, with multiple affordable options. I also found their team to be helpful and professional. Even when I had a more basic subscription they helped me right away when any issues happened, (which was minimal).

Pros

My clients find it easy and convenient to book online and fill out forms. It's straight forward administratively for me too.

Cons

Some of the forms I build are not accessible or as easily printable as the pre-made forms. I prefer to use my own for clinical treatments notes.
