I overall lovw this program, it is easy for me to use and it is also client friendly. They also have an easy time navigating the site.

Pros

I like the ease of use. It handles everything I need it to (scehduling in oerson and online, email blasts, reminders, google reviews, gift certificates, reports, documentation, payments). Customer service is very prompt and always helpful. They actually answer you and provide solutions and videos to guide you through if needed.

Cons

I hate that they got rid of their alerts. For example, there used to be a function thst if you put it a message that was important i.e LATEX ALLERGY, i could create an alert and it would instantly pop up as soo as inipened their file. They have eliminated that. Also, theybgot rid of being able to attach or send videos or documents in an email. So if i cfrate a holiday card and want to put it in my email, i can not attach the file anymore. Booo!!

Overall, my experience has been very good with ClinicSense. It always works the way I expect it to, and I like having the comfort that there won't be a surprise shutdown or something.

Pros

The customer support at ClinicSense is amazing. I usually get a response within 24hrs if not sooner. The support team is friendly and sends videos on how to address whatever problem I have.

Cons

I would love it if there was a way to export a client's file. Right now if I need to provide the file to a lawyer (for example), I need to download each treatment note separately, which for clients who have been coming to me for years can take a lot of time.

Overall very satisfied and would recommend to other health care practitioners for electronic charting as well as calendar and scheduling purposes

Pros

The ease of use. I know exactly how to find information in charts, billing, uploaded files, etc. from the layout.

Cons

Sometimes, it can be a bit slow while navigating the website. Does not happen often but enough that I have noticed. This may also be depended on the internet connection of wherever I am, and therefore not an actual system software issue.

Overall, I’ve had an excellent experience using ClinicSense. I often recommend it to other people looking for booking software.

Pros

I have been using ClinicSense for about 4 years. I initially starting using it because the level one pricing was super affordable and it allowed me to upgrade as needed for my business. Upgrading to the second level package has made a huge difference. My clients find the online booking system easy to use, and being able to keep track of gift cards and packages online has made things easier for me. Online forms has made intake super fast easy and SOAP notes have easy to use body diagrams.

Cons

The only issue I’ve had with ClinicSense has been the app. It’s still better than a lot of other booking apps I’ve used l, but I doesn’t allow you to sell gift certificates or packages from it, which is really only a slight inconvenience.

I couldn’t have asked for a better service. The system is easy to use for myself and for my clients. The integrated marketing helps my business grow and thrive. The customer support is unmatched(shout out to Edith!) ClinicSense is one that I recommend to all my colleagues.

Pros

I love the integrated features they have like the square payment processing integration, email campaigns for marketing, clients birthdays, and client retention. The customer support and service is unmatched. My issues are responded to so quickly and if the issue is something about the software the team has advocated for change to happen. In looking for a scheduling service it was important to me that client notes were integrated and ClinicSense does just that.

Cons

The app doesn’t have a way to write client notes so I either need to have a laptop at my office or wait until I get home to enter notes.

I have used it now for over a year and it has been the best addition to my practice! Prior to using ClinicSense, my schedule was a mess and my treatment notes were disorganized. Now, everything is where it should be and I love how much less work is required on my end!

Pros

Ease of use, and Customer service. These 2 items were the main reasons I added ClinicSense to my practice.

Cons

So far, nothing. I have had a couple of issues with the software and was able to get help nearly immediately and my issues were resolved in less than 1 business day.

It is easy to navigate for myself and my customers. They really like it. I love that it sends a weekly email to my clients about last minute times available for their treatments. It takes care of my income totals.

Pros

The customer support is amazing…it blows my mind that you get to deal with real live people. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been so patient with me on several occasions. I am very grateful.

Cons

There is nothing more that I need from Clinicsense. No complaints. I like the look of the main pages, the value of the program is amazing and the website is not overwhelming to look at.

My experience with ClinicSense has been very good and I appreciate the help and interaction and positive support.

Pros

I love that ClinicSense allows me to run my personal (only me) massage therapy business. It is easy to use and didn't take extra time to learn. It is consistent and help is available. The cost is reasonable and is scalable-- I don't have to pay for more than I need. It is also easy for my customers to make appointments online and communicate with me.

Cons

I was concerned about choosing a clinic management software because of all the necessary details. I also felt overwhelmed by the project. Clinicsense has it all covered and I was able to learn quickly.

I love them! They are fast and easy to deal with customer service wise, they transferred all of my clients over with no extra mark-up- and when I had trouble navigating the site and working out the links they sent me a personalized video ironing out the problem in MINUTES. They also treat you like a human and prioritize helping you. I love the small special touches of sending a written thank you card (because no one does that anymore!! It really was a thoughtful thing that made me smile!) and a card for booking 100 appts with them with a book. I’m not one to really recommend things to people but I definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new booking system!

Pros

I love their fast and specific customer service, the seamlessness of booking clients and intake, the email campaigning, and most of all their SOAP nots section!

Cons

The price, its definitely worth it for all of the features it has but it’s definitely something I have to be conscious of and make room in my budget being an independent contractor and small business owner

The software is user friendly mostly. My older clients still have trouble navigating the availability campaign emails. Not sure if it’s user. Overall I love the system, it has been a game changer for my business. The appointment request is my favorite feature!

Ease of customer experience. The software is mostly user friendly. From a business perspective I love that I can do my appointments, notes and billing from the software.

Cons

Still have to contact clients for cancellation/openings. Older clients complain that they cannot navigate the calendar for the availability campaign emails.

Staff provides wonderful and knowledgeable service and the software is easy to learn. I often think about how I could have been running my business from home before. I think a lot more time would be spent on my admin tasks. ClinicSense helps save me time.

I love the ease of online booking and my patients love it too. It definitely has value added features that really help those of us who are sole proprietors.

Cons

Sometimes waiting for new features to come out is a minor inconvenience, but when they launch, they are usually bug-free.

I started with clinicsense when I first opened my massage practice. In other work settings I have used paper files. And other similar programs. Clinicsense has been the most intuitive and straightforward to use.

Pros

Amazing customer support. It’s so easy to use both as practitioner and for my patients. Scheduling appointments is easy for them, and the adjustable parameters are awesome for me with managing appointments. Clinicsense is also very receptive to feedback and always updating their system to include requested features. I feel my files are safe with ClinicSense.

Cons

Nothing I don’t like! At one point the prices raised which is always a bit of a bummer but with all the constant upgrades they are making it does make sense.

My clients appreciate the reminders and the message about availabilities being sent every 2 weeks. They also appreciate how easy it is to book and re-schedule and cancel.

Pros

I love that clinicsense is user friendly, I love that we can now submit claims directly and that we can track the revenus and taxes all from one system.

Cons

I am finding it difficult to find a way to change the way my invoices are printing. I would like to be able To change the font but have yet to find a way to do this. So I’d say that has been my least favorite thing about it so far.

I've been a client for several years and will remain so. Great product, economic, and easy to use for all!!

Pros

I am a sole practitioner, and ClinicSense is a great value for complete scheduling and appointment management and payment processing. Importantly, my clients feel it is easy to schedule. The reminders and confirmations were easy to set up, as were wellness check-ins. The few times I've needed customer service, they've been on the issue nearly immediately.

Cons

I would like a way to archive clients who are deceased or moved out of state. I've suggested this as have others, and my understanding is that they're considering and/or working on it.

### "Almost Perfect for Practitioners"

Overall, my experience with ClinicSense has been very positive. It’s a professional, user-friendly platform that streamlines booking, reminders, SOAP notes, and invoicing, making practice management much easier. While there are some drawbacks with scheduling gaps, mobile SOAP note entry, and limited access to other practitioners’ notes, the benefits far outweigh the cons. With a few improvements, ClinicSense could be close to perfect for both practitioners and clients.

Pros

One of the biggest strengths of ClinicSense is how user-friendly it is, both for practitioners and for clients. The online booking system is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the automated reminders by email and text significantly cut down on no-shows. I also appreciate how SOAP notes and client records are well-organized and stored in one place, making it simple to keep track of important information. Having scheduling, charting, invoicing, and client communication all integrated into one platform saves a lot of time and streamlines day-to-day practice management. On the client-facing side, everything looks professional and polished — from the booking page to receipts and emails — which helps build trust and creates a great overall impression.

Cons

ClinicSense is very helpful overall, but one scheduling drawback stands out. When clients go to book, they often default to a 60-minute massage. If a 60-minute slot doesn’t fit, the system shows me as unavailable — even though I might have room for a 30- or 45-minute session. This creates gaps in my schedule that could otherwise be filled, and clients sometimes assume I’m fully booked when I’m not. It would be a big improvement if the booking system could suggest shorter available durations when a client’s preferred time doesn’t allow for a full hour. That way, schedules could be optimized and clients wouldn’t miss out on seeing me. If ClinicSense could improve how alternative session lengths are displayed or suggested to clients when they’re booking, it would help reduce these scheduling gaps and maximize the practitioner’s time. Second, writing SOAP notes on mobile can be a bit difficult. While notes can be entered through the website, it’s not very smooth on a phone. Having the option to write SOAP notes directly in the app would make charting much more convenient and efficient. Finally, I wish there were a way to view other practitioners’ SOAP notes for shared clients, which would improve continuity of care in multi-practitioner settings. Overall, I appreciate the platform, but addressing these three points would make ClinicSense even stronger.

My experience with ClinicSense has been, and continue to be, great since I started using it years ago.

Pros

I love the SOAP note features for my clients. ClinicSense also has great marketing tools like Google Review email follow ups. My clients like the “availability” email they get each week with my schedule. I also like the credit card capture feature prior to booking to make payment of invoices easy. With continuous improvements like wait lists, it continues to give me what I need for my practice.

Cons

There is not a lot of flexibility in making changes to the look of the home page. The look is fairly standardized.

Overall I’m beyond satisfied with ClinicSense and will continue to promote the company to my fellow LMT’s as a viable option for in upgrade to their scheduling needs.

Pros

ClinicSense has made running my own practice much easier to manage. Clients report that they love the ease of booking appointments online, and the ability to fill out paperwork pre appointment. I personally like how secure and easy the payment processing is,clients can make a deposit and if need be It can refunded with no stress. Customer support is always reliable and helpful, and the team at ClinicSense are always striving to make improvements.

Cons

The most tragic aspect of this software is the merging of the appointment link to my personal website which I find is lacking because I can’t customize it to flow along with what has been built for my business.

My experience with Clinic Sense has been great, I have been using platform for 5 years and I’m pleased with the progress and the costumer support team. Clinic Sense sends out emails if there’s any updates, webinars, campaigns, etc. I appreciate the information shared.

Pros

Clinic Sense is very easy to use for me and my clients. I like the tutorial videos explaining new features. Also, I like to new wait list feature, it allows my clients to add themselves to the waitlist for convenience. Scheduling appointments is simple and easy to navigate.

Cons

Honestly, I don’t have anything I don’t like about Clinic Sense. I know if I ever had a question or concern, someone is available to help.

Obsessed with ClinicSense 🙌 It makes booking, scheduling, and payments SO easy, and my clients love how smooth everything feels. It’s perfect for both massage therapists and estheticians, and it’s been amazing for me as a solo provider while also supporting my growing spa. The security, customer support, and overall value are top-tier. A total must-have for wellness professionals who want less stress!

Cons

The only thing on my wishlist would be the ability for clients to book multiple services in one appointment—like a massage plus a facial—so everything stays in one smooth booking.

I have used Clinicsense since opening up my own practice in 2020. It is easy and convenient, with multiple affordable options. I also found their team to be helpful and professional. Even when I had a more basic subscription they helped me right away when any issues happened, (which was minimal).

Pros

My clients find it easy and convenient to book online and fill out forms. It's straight forward administratively for me too.

Cons

Some of the forms I build are not accessible or as easily printable as the pre-made forms. I prefer to use my own for clinical treatments notes.
