I overall lovw this program, it is easy for me to use and it is also client friendly. They also have an easy time navigating the site.

Pros

I like the ease of use. It handles everything I need it to (scehduling in oerson and online, email blasts, reminders, google reviews, gift certificates, reports, documentation, payments). Customer service is very prompt and always helpful. They actually answer you and provide solutions and videos to guide you through if needed.

Cons

I hate that they got rid of their alerts. For example, there used to be a function thst if you put it a message that was important i.e LATEX ALLERGY, i could create an alert and it would instantly pop up as soo as inipened their file. They have eliminated that. Also, theybgot rid of being able to attach or send videos or documents in an email. So if i cfrate a holiday card and want to put it in my email, i can not attach the file anymore. Booo!!

A fantastic piece of software that I plan to stick with and it’s been a fantastic partner in my business growth! Overall, I’m a very happy customer and highly recommend it to other therapists!

Pros

I have used ClinicSense for the last five years, ever since I opened my doors. It is a fantastic platform that handles everything from online booking to detailed SOAP charting seamlessly. It’s user-friendly, reliable and I highly recommend it for any massage therapist starting out or looking to upgrade their system.

Cons

Lack of a Client Portal is my biggest pain point. Currently, clients cannot easily log in to view or reschedule upcoming appointments on their own. They have to contact me directly for every change, which interrupts my workflow. As a sole owner/practitioner, I need my software to empower clients to self-manage their schedules so I can focus on treatment. The mobile app experience feels clunky and is not as user-friendly as the desktop version. I often find myself needing to wait until I'm at a computer to do tasks that should be easy to handle on the go.

Pros

Not difficult to use the system, and fair price, however, the fee is about to increase by $30

Pros

I love how easy the interface is to use- I use this for both my businesses. Booking, payment processing is quick- will definitely be using long term.

Cons

There is nothing that comes to mind- this software is miles better then other ones i use and never glitches.

Overall, I’ve had an excellent experience using ClinicSense. I often recommend it to other people looking for booking software.

Pros

I have been using ClinicSense for about 4 years. I initially starting using it because the level one pricing was super affordable and it allowed me to upgrade as needed for my business. Upgrading to the second level package has made a huge difference. My clients find the online booking system easy to use, and being able to keep track of gift cards and packages online has made things easier for me. Online forms has made intake super fast easy and SOAP notes have easy to use body diagrams.

Cons

The only issue I’ve had with ClinicSense has been the app. It’s still better than a lot of other booking apps I’ve used l, but I doesn’t allow you to sell gift certificates or packages from it, which is really only a slight inconvenience.

Overall, my experience has been very good with ClinicSense. It always works the way I expect it to, and I like having the comfort that there won't be a surprise shutdown or something.

Pros

The customer support at ClinicSense is amazing. I usually get a response within 24hrs if not sooner. The support team is friendly and sends videos on how to address whatever problem I have.

Cons

I would love it if there was a way to export a client's file. Right now if I need to provide the file to a lawyer (for example), I need to download each treatment note separately, which for clients who have been coming to me for years can take a lot of time.

I have used it now for over a year and it has been the best addition to my practice! Prior to using ClinicSense, my schedule was a mess and my treatment notes were disorganized. Now, everything is where it should be and I love how much less work is required on my end!

Pros

Ease of use, and Customer service. These 2 items were the main reasons I added ClinicSense to my practice.

Cons

So far, nothing. I have had a couple of issues with the software and was able to get help nearly immediately and my issues were resolved in less than 1 business day.

When I enquired about both products, ClinicSense got back to me in the same day - Jane took longer than 48 hours. I thought that if this is the way that Jane is going to treat a potential client ... draw your own conclusions.

Pros

Easy to use, my clients love the online booking feature, and it is affordable for all of the features it offers. It keeps both scheduling and communication simple and efficient.

Cons

I would like to be able to categorize or mark clients as "Active," "Inactive," or "Deceased." Then run reports on how many clients I have in each category.

I really like using clinic sense. I have used other booking sites and some didn't have the option to do the notes online for clients. I really like that you can personalize it the way you want it.

Pros

I like that it is very easy to use. If there were any issues it was easy to get help. Making payments was very simple. My clients loved that they would get a reminder before their appointments. The price of the system was very reasonable , comparable to most systems out there if not better. I would definitely recommend to other RMTs

Cons

There wasn't too much that I didn't like about this booking system. I did find the app version for my phone a little frustrating at times. Trying to print out receipts from app was difficult trying to find where to do it from. Sometimes I would accidently hit the back button on my phone instead of the apps back and I would have to exit the whole app to get back to what I was doing.

With clinicsense there was an option for a 30 day free trial and you could test it out easily. With Jane I don't remember it being very easy to be able to test out the product.

My experience with ClinicSense has been very good and I appreciate the help and interaction and positive support.

Pros

I love that ClinicSense allows me to run my personal (only me) massage therapy business. It is easy to use and didn't take extra time to learn. It is consistent and help is available. The cost is reasonable and is scalable-- I don't have to pay for more than I need. It is also easy for my customers to make appointments online and communicate with me.

Cons

I was concerned about choosing a clinic management software because of all the necessary details. I also felt overwhelmed by the project. Clinicsense has it all covered and I was able to learn quickly.

Excellent! We have been with clinicsense for many years and have been happy with the booking and charting options. Clinicsense continously updates and listens to our requests.

Pros

Easy to use, great customer support, reasonable pricing. Any questions I have are always answered quickly and even sometimes with video instruction!

Cons

App could use some additional features such as being able to search more functions on a client file and sell gift certificates through the app.

I started with clinicsense when I first opened my massage practice. In other work settings I have used paper files. And other similar programs. Clinicsense has been the most intuitive and straightforward to use.

Pros

Amazing customer support. It’s so easy to use both as practitioner and for my patients. Scheduling appointments is easy for them, and the adjustable parameters are awesome for me with managing appointments. Clinicsense is also very receptive to feedback and always updating their system to include requested features. I feel my files are safe with ClinicSense.

Cons

Nothing I don’t like! At one point the prices raised which is always a bit of a bummer but with all the constant upgrades they are making it does make sense.

Problems are solved quickly and effectively, new features are rolled out routinely. I like the short videos that come with new features to make it easy to figure out

Pros

It’s easy to use for both clients and myself. I routinely have clients book appointments at any hour- when I wouldn’t be answering the phone.

Cons

The mobile site isn’t as easy to navigate- I dislike using it on my phone because of how it shows up- on my laptop it’s great

Overall I am impressed with ClinicSense, from onboarding to always being available with any question I may have.

Pros

ClinicSense has excellent Customer Support, available both through the website with FAQs, as well as when reaching out in email. I really appreciate the videos included in the responses to my technical questions!

Cons

I have a few clients comment that they can not Cancel/Reschedule directly through my website, but need to go back to their confirmation emails to do so. Perhaps this could be updated??

Overall, I really like Clinicsense. I have been using it since 2018, and it has consistently added new features that have made business growth easy. It is an easy to use and all around good clinic management software.

Pros

I love that all of my appointments, notes, client communication, gift certificates, and packages are all in one place and easy to manage.

Cons

It is hard to manage unlimited memberships that don't have a set number of appointments. Also, it would be nice if the treatment packages that are set up could be available to purchase as gift certificates on the booking site.

I've been a client for several years and will remain so. Great product, economic, and easy to use for all!!

Pros

I am a sole practitioner, and ClinicSense is a great value for complete scheduling and appointment management and payment processing. Importantly, my clients feel it is easy to schedule. The reminders and confirmations were easy to set up, as were wellness check-ins. The few times I've needed customer service, they've been on the issue nearly immediately.

Cons

I would like a way to archive clients who are deceased or moved out of state. I've suggested this as have others, and my understanding is that they're considering and/or working on it.

I find the support staff helpful especially in the beginning when I paid a little extra to be able to talk to someone live on the phone.

Pros

Saves me time. Simplifies the payment process with clients. Clients get a receipt emailed to them and I can resend or do a record for the whole year's treatments.

Cons

The initial few months I was nervous the system would not work. I was worried there would be problems with the booking system. I was worried that the payments would not go through. I did not have any of those problems. I leaned on the "Help" to learn how to use the app.

My experience with ClinicSense has been, and continue to be, great since I started using it years ago.

Pros

I love the SOAP note features for my clients. ClinicSense also has great marketing tools like Google Review email follow ups. My clients like the “availability” email they get each week with my schedule. I also like the credit card capture feature prior to booking to make payment of invoices easy. With continuous improvements like wait lists, it continues to give me what I need for my practice.

Cons

There is not a lot of flexibility in making changes to the look of the home page. The look is fairly standardized.

It’s easy for my staff to maneuver around it and also great when my reminder goes out every week to remind clients to book. I love it and recommend to everyone. If you are a ABMP member you get a discount. Great value for what you receive.

it is easy to use and helps you with appointment scheduling and reminding your clients to book their appointments. Marketing emails and gift card sales.

Cons

there isn’t anything I dislike about Clinic sense in the 4+ years I have been using it. It helps me as a small business.

scheduling. Clients found it so easy to make bookings. The scheduling setup can take some time to fine tune at the beginning. However, once configured properly, clients find it very easy to book appointments online.

Obsessed with ClinicSense 🙌 It makes booking, scheduling, and payments SO easy, and my clients love how smooth everything feels. It’s perfect for both massage therapists and estheticians, and it’s been amazing for me as a solo provider while also supporting my growing spa. The security, customer support, and overall value are top-tier. A total must-have for wellness professionals who want less stress!

Cons

The only thing on my wishlist would be the ability for clients to book multiple services in one appointment—like a massage plus a facial—so everything stays in one smooth booking.

I have used Clinicsense since opening up my own practice in 2020. It is easy and convenient, with multiple affordable options. I also found their team to be helpful and professional. Even when I had a more basic subscription they helped me right away when any issues happened, (which was minimal).

Pros

My clients find it easy and convenient to book online and fill out forms. It's straight forward administratively for me too.

Cons

Some of the forms I build are not accessible or as easily printable as the pre-made forms. I prefer to use my own for clinical treatments notes.

Pros

Clinic sense is well worth the money, everything I need is all in one place, their customer service is incredible and they are continuously improving their system according to what we need. Very appreciated!

Cons

I don’t think there is anything that I like the least about ClinicSense…maybe that they don’t do my laundry?
