Pros

Both the RMTs I work with and our clients really like this software. It’s easy to use, and nice to look at, and customizable.

Small things that take a few extra clicks than necessary.

I like the price, the ease of completing my SOAP notes, statements for clients. It’s all here!

Cons

None so far. I used another software in the past but it wasn’t geared towards RMT’s so I wasn’t able to do my soap notes on line

I will never go back to paper copies. Lol ClinicSense has made my job so much easier. Highly recommend their services!

Pros

I love the ease for myself and my clients. I get compliments on how nice it is to use. As a Massage therapist I love that SOAP notes are right their as well. Never mind the Revenue report that they offer; great come tax time. Absolutely love ClinicSense!

Cons

I don't like that their is no tip option. Most of my clients pay with credit card but they are unable to add a tip if they wish. Although they have a tax option but that is never used unless selling a product which I do not.

Pros

Ease of use. I was needlessly worried about going paperless! Very smooth transition. What a time saver!

Cons

The different layout of the app vs the website can sometimes be confusing but I’m getting the hang of it with practice.

Online appointment scheduling is the main asset to the business and the reports - appointments, revenue etc.

Pros

Ease of use, can log in anywhere and access notes. Appointment schedule and reminders. Notification when appt is scheduled. Great value.

Cons

That you can’t transfer between different templates for note taking without loosing what you’ve written

Saw it promoted with the FHT and discount given to members so tried it and stuck with it.

I no longer have to print, submit and file medical history SOAP Charts. I no longer need to personally schedule appointments, which includes providing my availability, confirming each booking, sending email notices, generating reminders and follow ups and processing credit card transactions.

Pros

I like that the program is functionally interactive, and is setup to do what I want it to do for me. It reduces my administrative time while enabling me more time in the field of operations. It is professional in its website appearance, and is user-friendly to me the administrator and to anyone that enters my website to do business with me.

Cons

I do not have any dislikes of this program. Nor have I had any adverse experience in the application of this software. It has been efficiently doing everything I want it to do for me.

I like the fact I can sync with my calendar and I can pick out how often I send reminders and that reminders are sent so I don't have to text.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to send an intake form to clients from the app on my phone, I am not able to do that.

All my clients felt the system was great for online booking. I like that I can customize my intake forms.

Cons

When trying to jump ahead to 2-3 months, you need to go week by week.

Just switched to this program a few months ago. I am finding it much better than the last program and patients love the reminders and online booking feature

It’s been great so far.

Pros

I really like the ease of scheduling clients and personal time. I like being able to put in all my services with description and cost so clients know exactly what they’re getting. The electronic SOAP notes are great for cutting down on the amount of papers waiting in stacks to be filed. The customer service has been great. Overall, this is a great app for keeping a business organized and efficient.

Cons

I haven’t come across anything that I haven’t liked.
