This is simply the best campaign automation software I have ever used. I have been able to demonstrate very complicated technical customer journeys to non-technical people with ease and they have been able to follow along without much explanation.

Pros

Simple to use flow chat appearance, allowing easy multi channel marketing campaigns to be set up. In built features such as next best action really allows AB testing to take the next level without complicated reviews the software runs itself.

Cons

This is being really picky to try and find something I dont like about the software however I would have to say integrations could be added such as Sharepoint to allow files to be directly output to there.

Switched from

This is the next logical step to take, the selections possible in faststats mean manual steps to get it to the end point and does not allow for journeys as each selection is on its own.

Peoplestage is a huge leap forwards from cascade and you can do lots! We'd be lost without it now.

Pros

The software is easy to use and you can deploy fairly complex campaigns in not much time at all. Once you have the hang of how it works and how the campaign needs to flow - its a simple job to create multi channel campaigns.

Cons

There are some useful features that appear in Faststats that aren't yet in peoplestage. For example, whilst you can cap volumes - you can't cap based on a top 'N'. Sometimes you have to create multiple stop / start points to run a campaign and it can't always be lights off - particularly when you are trying to reach specific caps for specific targets.

PeopleStage allows us a Partner to deliver solutions to our clients that solve there marketing needs that can come from several departments of the businesses.

Pros

Apteco PeopleStage is very easy to setup and to get connected to multiple out of the box integrated Email service providers and many other channels.

Cons

The ability to get PeopleStage connected to live date. I would like to see the product the accept the receipt of live data via the API rather than from a SQL table, this would increase the capability and allow for campaigns that can't currently be executed to be executed.
