The system is reliable and meets our operational needs well. The only challenges we’ve encountered have been occasional outages and slow reboot times, which can be disruptive during service. Outside of those issues, the platform has performed very well. Pros I’ve used aloha in managing in multiple restaurants, it was a very user friendly set up with payment processing, we did have a few issues with it going out during service but customer service was extremely helpful during the process. We were able to make changes to menu availably pretty quickly in the the back of house. The overall software was a great option and do believe the value is there with the help you recieve. Cons The outrages we had on a few occasions and the amount of time it took to reboot up when we did have the software go down.
