All needed information in one place. I can see all communication history with my clients, i can easily see where my employees struggling and help to improve/solve all the errors they are doing.

Pros

The system is user friendly. very easy to use it. HannaCRM has all the tools to optimize your business process. Very good project managing possibilities, also a lot of useful reports.

Cons

There is nothing that i liked least about this software. with this CRM you can control all your business processes because of basic integration with third part systems.

Cons

The pure quantity of options might seem overwhelming at first. Also - a bit of lack of flexibility for recurring invoice setup.

Very stabile CRM system, for our company it helps to organize team tasks and projects (huge advantage because it has gantt diagram). It's very useful to see all communication with clients. Also it has great ticketing functionality for our support team.

Pros

Easy to use and very intuitive, great support and ability to extend with custom functions.

Cons

No real cons about this product. Some small usability tweaks could be made.

We are using Hanna CRM in accounting company. Now all colleagues have clear list what should be done, how tasks are delegated between them, they can see what is already done, how long did it take to finish tasks, are they on time with finishing and what are deadlines. Since starting using Hanna CRM there were no unfinished or forgotten task.

Pros

Functionality User-friendly interface Multi task creation Customization

Cons

Small bug at the moment - recurring tasks should have an option to be repeated every month instead of 30 days. I think only small fix is needed.

Pros

It is already integrated with few IRP systems,so it was easy to start using it. Compatible with all types of phones, so all functionality is able to reach using smartphone Ready Integration with field service management system Tasker, gave possibility to improve our service activity.

Cons

It was no possibility to create online test version, so it was needed to wait a test version for few ours

We have different selling channels and HannaCRM helps integrate different departments for better customer support.

Pros

Click to call functionality. Integation with email. Custom support are open for new ideas for funcionality, usability. Fast sloving of issues.

Cons

Hiden import function for leads, accounts and etc. Limited availability for the client to customize form layout, sort or hide fields, create reports
