Up front it is costly but then you don't have any more payments. Reporting is a big plus and also the fact that specific reports can be made based on your requirements Cons Really very happy with it. I suppose not being able to delete items/employees and rather de-activating, but not a hardship really. It's an extremely reliable piece of software. Cons It has several limitations with reporting and requires a lot of setup in order to have it working just right. While it is more than adequate, there are some definite improvements that could be made. Where we struggle is the hardware. Since we own our own machines, we are on our own for service and repairs. We experience the occasional glitch from time to time and I'm assuming this is because our database is 20 years old and has been through several upgrades along the way. I think there are better options out there, but the price is a plus. I have had it for 1.5 years, the criminal salesman cost me $13000 and it is essentially worthless. Don't waste your money. Pros Had it been installed and serviced correctly, I think it could be very valuable. Cons Zero support. The $50/month for the help line can only do so much when the imbeciles that installed it cash your check and fall off the planet.
