"Gubagoo is a lifesaver!"

Overall: I absolutely love Gubagoo! It's so helpful to have an extra team available to answer customer chats when my team is busy. They're very personalized in their conversations and don't sound robotic whatsoever. Customer service team with Gubagoo is also really easy to work with and quick to respond anytime I have a question.

Pros: The chats are answered by actual people, not robotic at all.

Cons: They aren't always able to confirm availability of inventory.

"A common option for auto dealers"

Overall: Overall, it has had it's highs and lows, but I have discovered from using other options an talking to sister stores that this has actually been a pretty good option. Especially since you can give directions on the only things we want Gubagoo reps to accomplish.

Pros: This software is co-op approved with the auto manufacturer. And I have found with having multiple brands that Gubagoo is a common option for auto dealer approved chat services. I like that they are able to push used inventor to Facebook Marketplace for no additional charge.

Cons: Since they push used inventory to Facebook Marketplace, they also handle the conversations that start there in messenger. The concern/issue we always run into (and I don't know/think I can truly blame Gubagoo for this), is that they never see past conversations in messenger because for them it is a chat. However, on the customer's end, if they reengage with a new vehicle, messenger looks like an on-going conversation is happening and they get annoyed if Gubagoo asks for contact info again (they say to use the same one). Then customers want responses on Messenger only, and since they don't provide contact info, Gubagoo can't push a lead through - hence we now have a conversation that is NEVER responded to and we look dumb.

"live chat that mostly works"

Overall: Decent enough to recommend, and better than prior experience with live person/contact at once.

Pros: My performance manager has always been very responsive and quick to help. The chat feature itself is easy to use as a consumer and very easy to respond to at the dealership level

Cons: Some of the automated chat agents/people that respond if our ours don't can talk a bit like a robot. They're real people and not a computer, but they sometimes sound awfully like a computer

"Best Automotive Chat Solution"

Pros: Gubagoo manages chats for not only my website, but all over the internet (Facebook, Google My Business, third party listing sites, and others). In addition to being the best chat solution in the automotive space, they also provide digital retailing.

Cons: I don't have any complaints. Gubagoo is amazing to work with!

"Really Enjoyed the Product"

Pros: This chat provider was great! We started off with Gubagoo managing all our chats and we would get great leads. Once my sales staff was involved with doing a co-managed approach it went downhill, not Gubagoo's fault.

Cons: We switch because one of our sales reps was not receiving a notification on his phone that a chat was taking place. No matter what we did or Gubagoo did we could not fix it. Had to switch to another provider because I can't have one salesperson at a disadvantage in a sales environment where every lead or customer interaction can effect their income.

"Gubagoo Chatsmart is a smart choice"

Overall: This platform has helped us screen and assist customers faster.

Pros: Very easy to use. The best part about this software is the support provided by the account managers. As well as just a great product. Alerts for chats and it works with our CRM to send the lead directly to us and merge with existing files for the customers.

Cons: I wish it had a mass texting feature for promotional purposes.

"Good product for what it is"

Pros: It was a good product. It took the work load off of me being fully outside handled

Cons: It didn't give our clientele a personal touch that I prefer and was more of a lead capture chat
