Overall fair experience with Netomi, I am looking forward for their upcoming improvements on their product.

Pros

\- ease of integration with Zendesk (chatbot sits as an agent inside Zendesk); - ease of transcript being intact on Zendesk - basic analytics

Cons

\- any outages, very painful to re-configure the departments on Zendesk - analytics can be improved further

Reasons for choosing Netomi

ADA - very expensive as compared to Netomi Yellow Messenger - a bit complicated to integrate to Zendesk

I'm really excited to work with Netomi, our results are pretty great with our CX team.

Pros

I think the UI is the best in class. I had the opportunity to use others conversational platforms but Netomi's is the best one that I ever used.

Cons

I think the analytics could be more detailed, with more possibility to customization.

It's been a great experience overall. Every company has points to improve, but Netomi is always concerned about this, always interested in feedback and I think this is very important. We are growing together and I believe that is the most important thing.

Pros

It has a certain ease of use for laymen and is mostly intuitive; It is organized and has a nice UX; Customer support is impeccable and we are in constant communication. Any troubleshooting is quick and easy.

Cons

The data part is still pretty precarious. In my view, a panel with more robust information is needed and the possibility of extracting data is crucial today for any company.

Pros

We are very happy with the msg.ai neural network and suite of tools that they have available. It is very clear that they are committed to building on these tools so that we can more easily optimize and track results. Everyone on the msg.ai team goes above and beyond to ensure that our conversation AI is working well and enhancements are achieved as quickly as possible. In the first few months of our AI chatbot being live, the msg.ai team was efficient at addressing issues that we had not discussed and ensured that the AI was learning as quickly as possible. Msg.ai is regularly making us aware of new opportunities to enhance our Messenger chatbot or new technology that we could adopt to improve the guest experience.

Cons

Msg.ai has been extremely nimble in adapting to our needs, so anything that we dislike they have either adapted or have plans to enhance in the near future.
