I also like how everything is under the same platform so only have to use one log -in. Pros I like the appearance of the system and that it is similar to a social media profile with a news feed and notifications. I really like how easy it is to keep up with internal communications from around the business and that you get a notification email for new content. Cons The performance review section could be easier to use from an employee point of view - its not always clear where you need to respond/save comments. However it became clear that the value in this software for me was in the Hr and Communication sections. We use this Daily for holiday management, storing employee details. The most important feature for me is being able to push articles out to either our whole team or targeted groups, across multiple platforms. Our customer success manager has been fantastic. And is always available when we were ready to start implementing new features. Cons At times particularly at the implementation stage the layout wasn't as intuitive as it could be. This tends not to be in the sections that employees use but more in the sections that you use les often. This gets better the more you use it and find your way around. Review Source DH Dawn H. I would recommend the product but with the advise that you must be willing to invest time in it. Pros The reviews and objectives features are the one we use primarily - they have really helped to promote a culture of feedback in the business. The fact that all users have visibility on their progress and goals is essential for the generations we have working for us. The implementation process was managed really well. We needed the platform introduced quickly and the Staff Circle team really did deliver. From set up to training I felt supported and was never made to feel a nuisance with any question I had. Cons As the main admin user I have invested time in understanding how to get the best from the platform and I would advise any future users to ensure they, their managers and end users all to do the same. If you invest this time you will get the best from it but due to the fact it is not entirely intuitive, users could get frustrated by some of the functionality. I would really like to see the option to set up an API available - I would love to have my employees automatically transfer to Staff Circle from our HR & Payroll system as this manual process can be time consuming. I would like more contact with my customer relationship manager. I like the celebration of success and recognition of service and effort that is regularly shared. Having a central point for all your administration documents and certificates is really useful and the time off calendar makes it easy to see how much leave you have and it's very straightforward to request leave. Support is first class, and the customisation options excellent. Pricing is very good too compared to the competition. Cons It can take a while to get familiar with the platform, but that is to be expected with any software like this. As I said support is great though, so this isn't too much of a problem. I mainly make use of the HR Resources, Staff Directory and Internal Communications aspect of StaffCircle and have found all of them user friendly and useful. Specifically the Internal Communications feature, although similar results could be achieved with email threads or team channels, StaffCircle presents the information in one easy to find location and allows for greater recognition. A congratulations message about someone's promotion will quickly get lost in a company email but in StaffCircle it is not only set apart from the normal day to day workings of the company but provides a nicer way to recognise talent throughout our company. Cons As an end user I don't really see any negatives to StaffCircle, I have not had much experience with similar products on the market so also can't make much of a comparison. It is very self-explanatory and i can do multiple things on one platform, such as booking holiday, viewing internal communications and looking at my performance. Cons I think at first, the notifications were the least favorable as i was receiving multiple per day. Pros Due to some staff working from home and some staff working in the office I feel that StaffCircle brings us all together with the internal news feeds and communications. It seems like a 'one stop shop' in the sense that you can catch up on internal news, book your holiday, look at your objectives, all in the once place. Staff Circle has reduced the manual need for spreadsheets and contained all of our meaningful data in one easy to use platform. The reporting capability allows us to work in a slick and efficient manner without the need to hire a business analyst. Every member of the team that I've spoken to so far has been super friendly, easy to deal with and knowledgeable... I couldn't have asked for more. Pros The ability to customize the tool, branding and visuals are important to our end users. Easy to use, explain to others and adapt to our needs. This platform will grow with our business and that is so appealing. Great value for money, we're a small business and didn't have the capacity to invest hundreds of thousands of pounds. Cons If a Recruitment ATS system was already available, that would be exceptionally helpful but I've been made aware that a new release/upgrade is in the process of being rolled out. Pros There are lots of useful functions on StaffCircle that you can build around the needs of your role/organization. The analysis tools are particularly useful and everything is categorised clearly to find the information needed. Cons The platform could be more intuitive by automatically saving tasks as you go rather than needing to manually save/upload information to the platform. I have had my issues with staff circle, but updating our team with just a blog is ok. Anything else I am yet to understand. It allows for internal interaction, performance reviews and internal communications. With the internal communications, I like the features of being able to interact with posts made. I also like that it can be accessed from my mobile device, so i dont have to go onto my work laptop to access all info i require. It is also very easy to navigate the various section of the StaffCircle site. Pros StaffCircle makes it incredible easy for one to track and keep tab with agreed performance contract. One can easily access how far one has gone in terms of all the contracted goals in any given year. Cons It is not accessible on the go. It should be made available through a mobile app. So one can use it anytime and anywhere.
