While I am using it only for staff management/reports, I have a good experience overall, I find it an easy platform to navigate.

Pros

Easy to set up new users, facilitate a variety of reports and easy to post staff news.

Cons

Some features can be better, for instance, adding Objectives to a staff member it's a tedious task.. can we not have the option to tick boxes and then add time period at once for all?

Wonderful. It has been nothing but interesting and very colourful.

Pros

It creates a seamless avenue for managing my holidays and reduced back and forth between myself and management.

Cons

Nothing so far as a new user. It has been less than a year of usage now and there has been no issues yet.

Really like the system overall and feel that it is really useful for keeping up to date. I also like how everything is under the same platform so only have to use one log -in.

Pros

I like the appearance of the system and that it is similar to a social media profile with a news feed and notifications. I really like how easy it is to keep up with internal communications from around the business and that you get a notification email for new content.

Cons

The performance review section could be easier to use from an employee point of view - its not always clear where you need to respond/save comments.

For me it's positive - I use it most days, if not every day. I enjoy the functionality - although I am sure I still don't use it as well as I could. Tends to be the same sections I always go too.

Pros

I like how easy to use it is. I like the noticeboard and the notification section. Also as a manager I like the team section - looking up employees, saving 1-1 forms, approving holiday, etc. I like the time off section. Clear and easy to use. I also like the quick check in sentiment section. I also like using it as a platform for Staff internal comms.

Cons

Not all staff engage with it which makes it frustrating. The internal comms posts only get a few likes each time which is a shame. Most people internally use Teams so they see StaffCircle as just another thing to remember to check. I keep mine open every day so I can pop on, but a lot of people don't use it.

Overall my experience has been positive. I would recommend the product but with the advise that you must be willing to invest time in it.

Pros

The reviews and objectives features are the one we use primarily - they have really helped to promote a culture of feedback in the business. The fact that all users have visibility on their progress and goals is essential for the generations we have working for us. The implementation process was managed really well. We needed the platform introduced quickly and the Staff Circle team really did deliver. From set up to training I felt supported and was never made to feel a nuisance with any question I had.

Cons

As the main admin user I have invested time in understanding how to get the best from the platform and I would advise any future users to ensure they, their managers and end users all to do the same. If you invest this time you will get the best from it but due to the fact it is not entirely intuitive, users could get frustrated by some of the functionality. I would really like to see the option to set up an API available - I would love to have my employees automatically transfer to Staff Circle from our HR & Payroll system as this manual process can be time consuming. I would like more contact with my customer relationship manager.

Pros

We started using StaffCircle with a view to it managing OKR,s. However it became clear that the value in this software for me was in the Hr and Communication sections. We use this Daily for holiday management, storing employee details. The most important feature for me is being able to push articles out to either our whole team or targeted groups, across multiple platforms. Our customer success manager has been fantastic. And is always available when we were ready to start implementing new features.

Cons

At times particularly at the implementation stage the layout wasn't as intuitive as it could be. This tends not to be in the sections that employees use but more in the sections that you use les often. This gets better the more you use it and find your way around.

Easy to navigate. Great tool to access orders through quotations, emails sent (cases) and even purchase orders received. Clear layout. Great linkage for different departments from orders right through to customer success.

Pros

Company wide access to leave and ensuring KPI's are met.

Cons

Difficulty in searching for prior cases unless the subject line information matches.

Pros

I can see eveyone on holiday on a particular date. I can also see all of my holidays in one view, absences are also easy to access as well as next-of-kin profile which i can edit anytime.

Cons

I like everything about the portal. It is fantastic

Cons

Probably the home page as soon as you log in. Not a big deal but I would rather it would maybe open up on my profile or news feed perhaps

My experience so far has been very positive. I have not yet done a full round of the annual reviews but we have our mid-year ones and they were good. The support has been good and i'm interested to se how my company will continue to use this and develop it.

Pros

Its a good place for all HR information to be centralized. The bets features are the time off management, performance review process and the options to post on a wall like you would on social media accounts.

Cons

We use this a lot to get information out on directly non-work related things. Such as events, info etc. Sometimes we only get maybe 50% interaction form the company - Would be good if maybe on the email that gets sent round notifying people of a post, it gives them a preview to entice them clicking on to the link, rather than just name of post.

At first I found it a lot, especially remembering to sign in to it each day, but now I have had time to get use to it i quite like it. Its like a new version of the old intranet.

Pros

The constant stream of information that the company can display, even if you can't absorb it all at once you can look back through the stream to catch up.

Cons

It can sometimes seem a lot of information and sometimes it is not easy to jump to what you are looking for.

My experience with StaffCircle has so far been very awesome. It is also very easy to navigate the various section of the StaffCircle site.

Pros

StaffCircle makes it incredible easy for one to track and keep tab with agreed performance contract. One can easily access how far one has gone in terms of all the contracted goals in any given year.

Cons

It is not accessible on the go. It should be made available through a mobile app. So one can use it anytime and anywhere.

Very positive. StaffCircle is easy to use and very user friendly.

Pros

I like that StaffCircle feels very user friendly. Viewing company news is very similar to using some forms of social media making it engaging and easy to use. It's also really helpful that you can see if your holiday requests overlap with another team member. I like that you can connect channels such as our payslip portal which makes it really easy to find important information in one place.

Cons

It would be good if it was possible to see the holiday of all staff at the same time. As I work with lots of teams across the company it would be good to use StaffCircle to see who is on leave quickly before setting up meetings.

This software has allowed us to work far more efficiently and effectively from a people management perspective. The support is second to none and incredibly quick. We look forward to learning more about the platform and implementing further items within our business, which we are sure will support the businesses culture.

Pros

We love the performance management section on StaffCircle, this allows us to create valuable feedback criteria and enhance our offerings to our team members. The data from the management side of things is also good. Holiday bookings are also good and the team like the dashboard of their own usage.

Cons

We sometimes struggle with reporting on leave within the business to support payroll however StaffCircle are happy to review this for us and it sounds as though improvements will be coming later on in the year.

Good product for any company wanting to improve and align their people - Staff circle has very good people to help configure and setup so you always feel supported. I have no hesitation in recommending them

Pros

Staff circle is flexible and very configrable so you can have different teams with different permissions and access to relevant questions in the reviews. We can link peoples objectives to overall company goals or strategies which is really important. Also the skills assessments and skills gap analysis is very useful.

Cons

it used to be quite complicated to use because its so configurable but they lauched a new search and menu system which is much easier and quicker to use now

Reason for choosing StaffCircle

The balance of flexibility, capability, price and good service meant it was the obvious choice for us for a performance management software tool

Cons

initial Onboarding process filling out spreadsheet should just pout straight on to the portal as there is errors and missing information. No training matrix. Filing not straight forward. Mirror the app from myself to manage.

I cannot fault the service we have had with Staff Circle. Their implementation and oboarding is amazing! We are now moved over to the customer success team. You feel listened to and they have helped us every step of the way.

Pros

The Performance Management and Culture/Comms are great functions within Staff Circle. Our previous software was clunky. We had to use more than one tool to capture what we needed as a business

Cons

In some areas there are need for improvement but I like that Staff Circle are open to feedback and the platform is continuously improving!

Pros

Ease of use and positivity that it offers in cross business comms

Cons

Early access was difficult i would receive the email notifying me that an action was required but then it wouldn't let me in. a one stage login would make this better.

I really like the StaffCircle, it brings everyone together so we are always fully informed.

Pros

Due to some staff working from home and some staff working in the office I feel that StaffCircle brings us all together with the internal news feeds and communications. It seems like a 'one stop shop' in the sense that you can catch up on internal news, book your holiday, look at your objectives, all in the once place.

Cons

When you first start using StaffCircle it can be a little confusing and not user friendly in the first instance until you have had the training and have used it for a while
