Pros Lots of functionality & data which can be used to assess both individual & business performance. Cons It is not intuitive to navigate & can be frustrating. It has been great because we didn’t have to change our current annual appraisals, instead, we were able to align One2One reviews/check-ins with it. This means a more continuous approach to performance management which helps us see what is going well and what we need to improve. Cons Nothing to note. I know from working with the champion there was the initial set up for your risk assessments, but once that’s done compliancy and trackability are very easy. Adding holidays and absence is very straightforward, calendar is also very useful for overview of who is where. StaffCircle integration with Teams is a nice touch too! Cons No cons to note! Overall been impressed by what I've seen so far. There's been the odd bug but resolved very quick and I'm looking forward to seeing more of the things StaffCircle can do for us! A waste of my time at the moment. The base information is there but the employee engagement is sadly lacking. If I have tasks to complete, please send me reminders at the appropriate time that contain the link to the exact place I need to complete. I'd love to know how departmental and company objectives are progressing, and ideally my contribution to them, but in the 21st C I expect a feed via Teams or Outlook not to have to log into a website to check. Pros None There is a minimum of forty characters for this entry so this is just padding. Cons The UI is not obvious to navigate; I still can't do the 1 thing I need to do every quarter without someone telling me where I can leave feedback. I have just asked (again) and I can leave Conversation Feedback under 'Manage'. What has a 'manage' button at section heading level got to do with leaving feedback? My line manager didn't use it consistently. Pros This is a great tool, but it needs to have buy-in across the organisation (especially from senior management) and consistent use. Over time it could become a team's intranet. Cons The complexity of uploading documents (training records etc) to it - having to email to yourself at Staff Circle. Especially in these current challenging COVID times, being to more efficiently manage employee engagement and performance management is a lifesaver. Cons Yet to find a con of better performance management for the team. The software is easy to use and intuitive, but the results is what really counts and that has been amazing to see, in employee delight. So far, the user interface is very robust. Straightforward to use and makes the smaller things about work more efficient. The wall would be the standout since it does save a lot of email traffic. Cons Can't say much about any dislikes as of yet. So far so good!
