### "Easy to use communication tool"

It gives employees and managers a good communication tool to have honest conversations about work

Pros

It is an easy to use program that enables employees to have monthly contact with their managers to discuss anything from issues to accomplishments

Cons

At present I have no complaints about the program.

Pros

Staff circle allows you to set goals and deadlines, which can be tackled in small chunks. This helps you to stay on track. However if work priorities change it is still flexible enough to allow you to put these goals on hold.

Cons

It can be tricky to set up meetings across time zones.

Makes 1-2-1 a fairly painless process. Quick fast questions mostly direct to the point.

Cons

One of the questions in the monthly catch-up is a bit confusing and could be more direct.

Very straightforward - easier to use than over similar systems I've used before.

Pros

Super easy to use. Like the fact you can have shared team objectives as well as individual.

Cons

No major negatives - only that it is "another system to use".
