What is more we did not have much technical knowledge as they provide a lot of guides. I also like that I can pass the Stripe fees onto my customer (as well as offer them fee-free ways to pay via bank transfer etc.) Cons It tends to take a couple days for the payment to clear and appear in my bank account, which can sometimes be a minor inconvenience. Pros I enjoy being able to bill our members on a reoccurring monthly basis. Not having to go into my books each month and send invoices is beyond helpful. Cons Setting up a discount for returning members was easy but it is being applied every month so I will have to go in and resend a corrected invoice for payment. Instantly paying out funds everytime and anytime is extremely important. Pros I love the dashboard, the UI, and how there are many different integrations. Cons I don’t however love how not everybody can cash out their pay instantly. It's been a very welcoming experience with good customer support and fast turnaround times withdrawing to bank accounts and helping to run a real business. Pros made it easy to automate my business. It allowed me to take online payments from customers with ease. Fast withdraw to bank within a few days and super secure. Definitely have big trust in Stripe and their systems. Cons The pay rate they take from each transaction is annoying and could be more reasonable. No major cons or flaws with their systems though. Alternatives considered [Shopify POS](https://www.capterra.com/p/205337/Shopify-POS/) Reason for choosing Stripe Billing Cheaper to go with Stripe and manage it ourselves. No fuss, and nothing ever goes wrong. Pros is fairly easy to use and can be integrated with other software, to make the process a lot quicker and easier. Cons The fees for each card payment aren't always clear; there's a fee for using stripe and then a tax fee on top of that. The User Interface isn't the best, and looks quite outdated, but it does the job. I love that there’s 24/7 support and live support available. Pros The ease of setup and getting started. Not a lot of complicated steps and the fact there is no monthly or hidden fees. It’s pay as you go so you can afford to use it while you build and start to maintain your customer base growth. Cons Sometimes a card won’t go through that’s valid but that could be a bank thing with customer cards so I’m not totally sure with that one. It allowed me to use my time on other projects once integrated.
