Pros I linked it with a software called Power Diary where I can schedule appointments and take payments from my clients remotely. It's very easy to use. Cons The online portal is so confusing. Pros I like that Stripe Billing has easy to use step by step guides about how to use their service. I recommend this for all small businesses owners. I can easily intergrade Stripe on registration form or event. Cons Unless you pay for a plan, customers can register but can bypass payment; leaving the accounting to follow up with individuals who did not have a Stripe account to collet another form of payment. Alternatives considered [Vanco Faith](https://www.capterra.com/p/183546/Vanco-Platform/) Reason for choosing Stripe Billing Stripe was most cost effective. Switched from [PayPal](https://www.capterra.com/p/207944/PayPal/) There were issues with PayPal and it was more expensive than Stripe. My clients were not getting billed and he was not being able to pay. It took us weeks to resolve the issue, and the solution was to create a new invoice. Pros You can set up customers in the database and add subscription and the system tracks the payment flow. Cons The payment process fails many a time. Pros The convenience of Stripe is the absolute best reason to use it. You can plug it in on a website. It eliminates the need to sign up for a swiper. We can send out links and people can pay online. Cons The only con with Stripe Billing is it slightly more expensive than other services. Apparently there is a word min for this box, but we seriously do not have any other cons for this product. Was unable to do so as they required information which was different than previous. Was unable to set up payment because of Stripe's new restrictions. Strip was slow to respond to questions and did not solve the issue. We had to accept cash at the event as well as had to invoice people. Pros First use was successful but second time was not. Pros Very straightforward to setup and use. Support has been good and I'm impressed that they continue to add new features. Cons Can be a little cumbersome to manage and oversee billing for a lot of different clients. Could use some better tools to oversee things.
