Overall, my experience with EngageBay CRM has been positive. It’s a great all-in-one platform that brings together sales, marketing, and customer support tools, which makes managing the entire customer lifecycle much more efficient. I found it easy to set up and use, with a clean interface and helpful automation features that save time on repetitive tasks. The affordability is also a big advantage, especially for small businesses or startups looking for a cost-effective solution. That said, there are some limitations—reporting and analytics aren’t as advanced as higher-end CRMs, and a few features (like templates and design tools) could be more polished. Overall, it strikes a good balance between functionality and simplicity, making it a solid choice for growing teams that don’t need overly complex systems.

Pros

What I liked most about EngageBay CRM is its all-in-one approach—having sales, marketing, and customer support tools integrated into a single platform makes managing the entire customer lifecycle much easier. It’s also very affordable compared to other CRMs, which is a big advantage for small businesses or startups. The interface is intuitive and easy to learn, so onboarding is quick, and features like automation, email campaigns, and pipeline tracking help save time and improve efficiency. Overall, it offers strong functionality without the complexity or cost of larger CRM systems.

Cons

What I liked least about EngageBay CRM is that some features feel a bit limited compared to more advanced platforms. The reporting and analytics aren’t as in-depth, which can be a drawback if you rely heavily on data-driven insights. The interface, while generally easy to use, can feel slightly cluttered or overwhelming at first due to the number of tools packed into one platform. I also noticed that certain features like email templates and design tools aren’t as polished, and there can be occasional delays or performance issues. Overall, it’s a great value tool, but it may lack the depth and refinement needed for larger or more complex teams.

Was great at the beginning, simple product, not too expensive, compared to competition. But then they stopped caring about it.

Pros

nothing anymore, they stop maintaining it. Over time it become always more slow and unusable. What a shame. They made lot of promo with AppSumo during launch time, but then they abandoned the development of the product.

Cons

Developers care. They abandoned the product. It became so slow that it was almost unusable, even for a small business.

Pros

The CRM, email marketing, sequences work smoothly together. The email sequences and campaigns are easy to create with rich templates which saves time. Pricing is also very less compared to other tools in the market

Cons

It lacks advanced analytics and reporting and the mobile app lacks all the features making it difficult to access anywhere

It's been a decent experience overall, as customer service has been able to help all the time. Email marketing has been successful in getting things out, and the way it's laid out to view open-rate, delivery rate, and clicks is very helpful, I will not lie. Sales logging has been achievable, and the Calendar works enough to still keep my organized, but it should be a better experience.

Pros

Customer support is very attentive, the Deals section is nicely designed, and email marketing and sales basic goals have been achieved and organized for efficiency.

Cons

Not up to speed with 2026 userability expectations. The calendar is too basic (you can't drag things around), whereas in Deals, you can. Adding notes and creating contacts is just clunky.

Your feedback is valid, and improving the overall user experience to meet evolving expectations is something our product team is actively working on. Enhancements to scheduling tools and smoother workflows for everyday actions are areas we continue to prioritize. Thank you again for taking the time to share your perspective. Feedback like this helps us keep improving EngageBay for everyone.

I've been using EngageBay CRM for some time now, ultimately for contact management. Any time I've had a question, their customer service has been excellent.

Pros

Y favorite thing about EngageBay CRM is that it helps to keep me organized, with a colorful interface and great customer service.

Cons

My least favorite thing about EngageBay CRM is the learning curve but this is to be expected with most software.

EngageBay is a reliable, cost-effective, and user-friendly solution that fits perfectly into our recruiting processes. If you're a small to mid-sized business looking for an all-in-one CRM that doesn’t overload you with complexity, EngageBay is absolutely worth it.

Pros

EngageBay brings together CRM, automation, email sequences in a way that feels surprisingly lightweight yet powerful.

Cons

The reporting module offers basic reports but I would love if they offer advanced reports that help to get deep insights.

Overall, EngageBay CRM has been a helpful tool for managing contacts, email campaigns, and our sales pipeline, especially with how responsive and supportive the customer support team is. There is still a bit of a learning curve with the interface and data management, but once the basics are set up, it works reliably for day-to-day outreach and follow-ups.

Pros

The customer support team has been excellent so far – responses are quick, and issues are handled in a very helpful and professional way. The user interface is generally okay once you get used to it, but it could be a bit more intuitive in some areas. Data management features seem solid and cover most of what we need, although we are still exploring the platform and expect it will take a bit more time to fully understand and optimize how everything works for our use case.

Cons

The main downside so far is that EngageBay CRM can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially when trying to navigate all the different modules and settings as a new user. The interface and data management tools do the job, but they are not always as intuitive or streamlined as they could be, so it sometimes takes extra clicks and trial-and-error to find or configure what is needed. There are also moments when load times or minor glitches slow things down slightly, which can interrupt the workflow when working on multiple outreach or campaign tasks in a row.

Switched from

[HubSpot CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/152373/HubSpot-CRM/)

Switched from HubSpot to EngageBay mainly for better value and a more complete all‑in‑one toolset at a price that works for a smaller team. EngageBay combines CRM, email marketing, automations, and support features in one platform without the steep jump in subscription and onboarding costs that come with scaling HubSpot, so it was easier to justify financially while still covering day‑to‑day sales and marketing needs.

Pros

Easy to use platform, automations are intuitive and make a lot of smaller tasks very easy to manage. The UI is great and the learning curve was small. Support is always readily available and friendly. I use several different CRMs in my position and this one has by far been my favorite.

Cons

There are some small things that I wish were able to be handled by automations that Engagebay cannot at this time, but so far I've been able to find simple workarounds.
