A great ease of time Better way to manage my leads

Pros

A greater ease of integration of EngageBay in any HTML / PHP page or wordpress . Excellent to capture new leads via the inquiry or contact form, it's automatically sends new leads in it's pipeline where leads can be managed

Cons

Database might not works with other web apps or AwS systems like Lamda which we use a lot in our projects

The onboarding and ongoing customer support is fantastic. They are available almost instantly and often will jump on a video call immediately to help.

Pros

The cost vs features is almost unmatched. No bells and whistles but a good, solid platform.

Cons

You get what you pay for, it does what is needed, but does have limitations.

Pros

Powerful, yet doesnt break the bank. It is effectively very similar to Hubspot but way cheaper.

Cons

User Interface could be more intuitive, but once you get the hang of it its great

We received a complete software package consisting of at least forty diverse modules, which would have cost thousands of bucks. Due to this software, we have ended a profusion of subscriptions. We contacted support with a simple message and got a response nearly immediately.

Cons

It costs a lot of money to buy more email space. Suppose there was a way to lower the cost of sending emails. Arranging a batch job to perform a sequence or automation at a predetermined time and day

We were on the market for a solution that could help us bring email marketing and customer success together. I tried pretty much everything on the market with a free trial, and EngageBay was easily the best in terms of number of features and price. Support is pretty good. I've contacted them many (many) times, and I don't think I had had to wait more than 2 minutes to hear back from them. And they are always friendly and helpful.

Pros

\- Workflows and automations are top notch. - All the different communication channels (Chat, Pop-up, Form, Push Notifcation). - Sales/lead funnel is pretty flexible - Integration and implementation were super easy. - Unlimited contacts. - Integration with Twilio, and other services. - Price. - Great support.

Cons

\- Landing Page builder lacks some important features in terms of layout design and possibility of integration with Analytics or GTM. - Live Chat trigger rules are limited, which can be a problem specially for multi-language support. - Having to purchase extra credits in order to use my own email service.

EngageBay is a Value for Money tool which offers many capabilities. It is definitely worth checking out for Small / Medium organizations.

Pros

We wanted to use EngageBay CRM for many functions one amongst which is the email marketing. Being first time users, we encountered some hiccups. But, the Chat Support Team was available 24\*7 and helped us a great deal in overcoming the issues. Shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\]! Thank you for the great help

As an up and coming company we needed a CRM and EngageBay offers one with great customer service at a cost that is reasonable with more than just one feature available. No more are the days of a million spreadsheets!

Pros

Customer service is amazing! To do tasks help me stay on top of deals and leads. Cost is reasonable and customizable!

Cons

Stats can be difficult to analyze for marketing campaigns. Templates could use more design for marketing campaigns. Difficulty with organizing leads/companies, but there are enough work arounds that it is functional.

No problems (other than user error). They provide me 50,000 mailings per month which is easy to use up due to the way automations are set up. So - I need to incorporate other mail services to assure the best cost for large mailings each month.

Pros

The features of EngageBayCRM are similar to what I have used in the past with another company, yet the automation and workflow services are more robust. It looks to have a solid structure that is not likely to hiccup and cause errors (as was the experience with the last CRM service that I moved away from).

Cons

Learning the steps was difficult for me - but that is a personal shortfall - not the EngageBay company. After building certain features and seeing how to best make them work for our company I better appreciate how it works and appreciate this company.

EngageBay looked to be easier to use and make this happen.

La sincronizzazione tra le e-mail può essere incostante e la piattaforma sembra goffa. È frustrante non poter visualizzare un elenco completo di tutti gli aggiornamenti in un semplice elenco ordinato per data. Moving my contacts from excell to EngageBay enabled me to work smarter, with automated notifications and reminders. Notes about the conversations I had with clients makes the follow up really smooth.

Pros

It was easy to jump right in to it and start working. Smart layout and easy overview. I manage all my contacts with EngageBay and it makes follow up with high ticket clients so simple.

Cons

There's nothing I miss, on the contrary it can be overwhelming with all the options I get when starting a new campaign.

My overall experience with EngageBaby was a fairly easy-to-use platform. Engagebay puts your business into compartments by Marketing, Email Campaigns, Sales, and support. There are also additional products to integrate with Engagebay. Each user may have a different experience depending on your type of business and clientele.

Pros

Easy navigation and platform usage for a new user. Large font and block. Easy to connect social media accounts for Marketing.

Cons

One feature that held me back was the daily send limit placed on my account for email campaigns. If you have more than a 100 contacts, you can only send 100 emails per day. Which was frustrating when I needed to notify 200 customers of an important immediate change in a health plan benefit.

I utilized HubSpot and Salesforce. I assumed that transferring to EngageBay would be complicated, but it was actually quite simple. The platform is extremely user-friendly, feature-rich, and intuitive. In my opinion, the most appealing aspect of EngageBay is its ease of use. You'll love EngageBay whether you're a seasoned user from another platform or a first-time user. The Support staff is equally impressive.

I have not found any major issues with the product.

There are SO many features at your disposal! We have only begun using a few of them and they have already been beneficial for my business. It's fun exploring all the available tools and we plan on utilizing many more in the future when we are ready for them. The customer service is SUPERB! I have used the customer chat option many times as I have been learning how to use the software and I can always count on great customer service within minutes. They access my account and help me troubleshoot issues and figure out how to use the features. Product demo screenshots are especially helpful for visual learners. I even got quick assistance at 3:00 am! I have already recommended this product to others.

Pros

We chose this software because of the extensive features available at a bargain. We could not find any alternative products which offered more features at a lower price. You can use this software for FREE indefinitely if you want and aren't restricted to a limited time trial offer. More features are available on paid packages which we opted for and it has been a tremendous value.

Cons

The variety of available email templates leaves a little to be desired. I would like to have more design options. Please expand your template library!

Overall, you can say that you have to live with small cutbacks,. In return, you get a very comprehensive software, which is, however, not quite cheap.

Pros

The program offers a lot of functions and can be extended at any time. Among them are functions that are not found in this form in any other software. the support is always available and really competent. Absolute recommendation!

Cons

The operation is sometimes very cumbersome. The entire UI looks a bit old-fashioned. There are also some technical problems with the cache. Unfortunately, it can only be used with some restrictions for European users. For example, the weeks always start on Sundays and the contacts are only displayed with the first name in many places. The integration of the Google calendar is also not really complete and comfortable. It is recommended to continue using the original calendar. This also applies to e-mails. Why a distinction is made here between internal and external mails is completely incomprehensible.

The experience was not bad, but i am not sure if i would use it again.

Pros

Pricewise is the system much cheaper than other Systems - especially if you scale. You can run more than one domains and the automation functions are good.

Cons

The system is less intuitive than e.g. hubspot. more complicated to setup and use. Help is only in english and there is no real support structure. Unless a old video guided support. This taks more time to effectively use it. What i really didnt like is, the strong outreach for positive reviews. I think i got 5 messages on that...within the first week.

Pros

There are creative ways of sending emails in EngageBay that have boosted our open rates to over 40%.

There needs to be more API functionality, especially when it comes to reporting email success

Pros

Tailored to our needs, often more robust than anticipated, and simply works. When it doesn't, support is quick to correct and help.

Cons

UI/UX needs improvement in terms of user feedback and overall usability. A save button should save, not redirect you to another page to start all over again. Some features should be marked BETA because they clearly are, while the core ones work well.

The costumer service is always very responsive. I only use the free version for now and it is very comprehensive already.

Pros

The CRM is very holistic and from email tracking, automatic contact importing to scheduling, everything can be done in a few simple steps. I love the task reminders and the fact that you can keep track of deal status and revenue.

Cons

Sometimes the tracking links impact the email bounce rate and contribute to the mails ending up in spam folders.
