Under development product, continuous upgrades and features makes final product glitch sometimes.

Taking our manual sales and marketing process and replicating it in Engagebay has reduced the amount of missed opportunities

Pros

We found setting Engagebay up to be very straight forward. Customizing it and importing data is relatively easy and integration with our other systems was quick.

Cons

So far we do not have anything we dislike.

There are a few small details that could be improved, but this would happen naturally as customer base increases and demand for those cosmetic improvements rises.

Pros

I think the excellent support team and speed of response and problem resolution. Overall, the software has very easy to use.

Cons

I think a knowledge library with videos would be good to have at hand.

My overall experience with EngageBay is the best tool for a budget with a lot of features.I would say this is a one-stop solution platform for every brand.And I would highly recommend everyone use this once at least.

Pros

EngageBay as a CRM is amazing and I personally love the email tracking lot where we get a clear idea of who has opened the email and on which link they have clicked.

Cons

There is nothing much to talk about the CRM, it's a good one. But the UI/UX is what I can recommend to the team to make it a little better. Apart from this nothing else.

Pros

I signed up for EngageBay because of their CRM features. The features like contact tracking, tasks, lists, web analytics, email marketing and automation. Managing all marketing in 1 place is great. I really appreciated the helpful, clear customer support via chat.

Cons

As a real estate expert it is very important to me to also link CRM to an MLS system, unfortunately this is not possible (for now).

Pros

Engagebay offers free tools for everyday work. Do you have a product or service to offer? Engagebay puts at your disposal: contact management, marketing campaign, land pages, and chat.Promotional video templates and email sequences are extras for a free service.In addition, the paid features are more accessible than competing products.

Cons

The non-free options are enabled in the menus, they are not distinguished from the other options and the user may think that they already have those paid tools.

I have used about four different CRM during my professional live. Even though I know these tools are necesary, their complexity of use and their learning curve are a barrier. EngageBay ws different from day one. It is a different approach and gave me a fresh start.

Pros

Simplicity and completeness to summarize EngageBay is the best thing about EngageBay. Integrations are easely built and deployed. All data is superintegrated and accesible.

Cons

The dashboards available that give a birds view are not very flexible and need refining.

They have gone out of their way to ensure my ability to get into their system and start using it. It is easy to use.

Pros

It is intuitive. I have been able to use it easily. The customer service is great. Always quick to solve my problem. They have literally programmed functionality into their system to help me.

Cons

It does not have automatic saving on emails, and I lost about two hours of work when my computer unexpectedly rebooted. Now that I know this, I will manually save often while working on longer projects. There is a learning curve, but I am getting the hang of it!
