I recently encountered an issue while using EngageBay, but I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer care provided by their team. They had a very quick response to the queries and the problem as solved within an hour.

Cons

While my experience with EngageBay's customer care was excellent, I did encounter a drawback in the form of missing integration documentation.

Overall I needed to have a way to mass email contacts from my database. This gives me an all-in-one option for managing clients and sending emails

Pros

I chose Engagebay for its ease of use with the CRM and email marketing and liked that I could have an all-in-one system. It navigates well with my business Gmail account. I love that I can integrate a template into my gmail account. It is also easy to synch a new contact from Gmail into the CRM,

Cons

I wish it would completely interface with my Gmail account, but you have to have a Gmail business account for that. Otherwise it's pretty perfect

Reason for choosing EngageBay CRM

It was the least complicated of all of them and the most affordable.

Pros

I can easily manage my contacts using this tool. It helps me tag them and create different lists so that I can easy email them. I have been using Excel where this process was cumbersome.

Cons

I like almost all the features of EngageBay but it lack some features while creating templates. It doesn't copy the formatting when we paste the content.

I use not one but 3 accounts of engagebay for 3 different business purposes and maintain over 300K of my contacts there. Imagine how good it would be!

Pros

I love that Engagebay is a very intuitive UI and simple to use even for beginners. It has all the features that a mid size business or a startup will require. The chat support is the cherry on the cake.

Cons

The pricing could have been better. After a certain contacts, the pricing becomes too costly.

Pros

EngageBay CRM is a web-based CRM solution that offers a wide range of features and integrations for various industries and workflows. I like how it allows me to manage my contacts, deals, tasks, appointments, emails, and more from one place, with tools for segmentation, scoring, tracking, automation, and reporting. I can also customize and configure the system to suit my specific needs and preferences, such as creating custom fields, forms, dashboards, and workflows. EngageBay CRM integrates well with other popular applications, such as Gmail, Outlook, Slack, and Salesforce.

Cons

One thing that I think EngageBay CRM can improve on is the pricing and limitation options. The free plan is very limited, with only 250 contacts and 1,000 branded emails per month. The paid plans are also quite expensive, starting from $14.99 per user per month. The number of contacts, emails, automations, and premium apps are also restricted depending on the plan. I hope they can offer more affordable and flexible plans in the future.

Positive experience. We moved from using multiple platforms for email, sales etc to this one. It worked out a lot cheaper doing this, but also we're more streamlined working across the different teams.

Pros

It has a lot to offer, from using it to manage sales, to social scheduling to sending email campaigns and reporting. It is a one-stop-shop for all your needs. I can also see that they're constantly working to improve it and add more features which is fab. Their customer service via the chat box is great too, you never have to wait for support, there is always someone on hand.

Cons

There are some aspects that I struggle with a little bit, such as not being able to check the personalization on an email campaign prior to sending it. The social scheduling side has been a little clunky for me too.

Very Good I would say because most of the cons are something that the engineering team of engage bay are planning to fix in coming quarter release.

Pros

Multiple features in a very economical price, can suit any small to medium scale business. Easy to use and can create built and implement anything of your choice.

Cons

Some modifications in the automations are needed as addition of multiple values in choice nodes, there should be option to create multiple scoring fields, exporting the statistics of automation performance or campaign performance is missing, no choice drop down to check if lead has filled out form or not (only trigger is available). Landing page designing is a bit tricky as in single section sometimes images don't fit and then you have to resize the image externally and import again, meaning no inbuilt feature to resize images.

With this software, I like that online booking is easy and it comes with great appointment scheduling features. Besides being a CRM solution, I like that it comes with live chat features and is a great tool as a help desk solution. In addition, it makes task management a breeze.

EngageBay has better functionality, a fraction of the investment, much more responsive and customer service is great. Hubspot service and product was very poor and overpriced. Also not very ethical in the way they up-sold and the costs were beginning to spiral.

So far so good. It's value for money. Very intuitive, complete tool with perfect support.

Pros

We use EngageBay for Email Marketing only. For the last 3 years, we have been using Mailchimp and Mailerlite. And we run very extensive, very well-segmented email campaigns. EngageBay is a very easy-to-use tool. Very intuitive. It has all the features you can expect from an email marketing tool. And they have the BEST EVER support I have seen. Super fast, always available.

Cons

There are some basic functions missing, like searching and filtering campaigns. But once we share these requests, the team puts those requests into their product roadmap.

Really impressed with everything from setup to customer service.

Pros

We were increasingly dissatisfied with Hubspot because of the price/value getting lower and lower, so very happy to have found Engagebay. Customer service is top notch and so fast, really easy to navigate the platform and you quickly get the hang of it. It has so many features and I can't wait to try them all out. So far marketing automation is working seamlessly.

Cons

Nothing bad found so far. Will need to use it longer.

I have had a great experience with EngageBay and it would be great for any small company.

Pros

It is easy to get started quickly. You get email marketing, email template builder, marketing automation, landing page building, lead generation tools, etc. all at a low price.

Cons

I believe it should have more templates for users and it does take awhile to learn all of the functionality but that is the case with any software product this comprehensive and with this many modules.
