Pros

I haven't used EngageBay for very long - just a couple of months. But I love the clean and simple aesthetic. It also has good functionality and many worthwhile features at a great price. The help desk team are especially helpful.

Cons

I was excited to be able to generate proposals within the software, however this one area is not flexible enough for our needs. There could definitely also be a better range of user guides available - luckily the help desk team are on hand though.

I have tried many CRMs over the years and have found that the limitations are typically such that you can not get a true sense for how the CRM will work for you. Engage Bay has been thoughtful in their free version to give one a true sense of the usefulness within your business. We will likely move to the paid version in order to capitalize on some of the additional features that become available with a subscription. Customer support has been top notch. They are extremely responsive on chat!

I’m in Europe and I’m unsure about the product’s GDPR compliance.

It’s been very useful as an entrepreneur

Pros

As an entrepreneur, I need to reach out to hundreds of client members and I needed a way to manage the contact list, Lee generation and overall where they are in the sales pipeline.

Cons

I wanted a free trial for at least a month, but I did not get one so the cost of it was a little bit prohibitive for me

Pros

Easy of use, easy of implement, easy of integrate!

Cons

Webinar features, landing pages does not support reusable headers and footers, no option to build own templates. Missing Social Software Analytics

Thanks for the review Marcello. Our landing pages can now support reusable headers and footers. We have developed this feature and it is currently in QA and should go live in a couple of days. The most used feature is email marketing with usefull workflows. They suite our needs the most. Also pop ups are great to use and bring us expected value.

Pros

Creating any email is very user friendly, easy to make, even creating custom emails according to our design manuals. Our emails reach highest scores in deliverability. Reports are easy to make and evaluate. Pop ups are really good feature, we use them a lot and they do generate lots of leads for our sales team.

Cons

The only con is that to import database you have to split contacts into 25000 contacts. With huge database its always the longest quest ;O)

The best part of using EngageBay has been the instant support I receive at all hours of the day. Their support team is very responsive, often replying with a phone call when I am asking a question in the chat. They are always able to help me implement.

Pros

I moved to EngageBay from another CRM that was so complicated to use that I hardly got value out of it. EngageBay can do everything that system did and more and it is much more intuitive. I use EngageBay daily to track leads, create landing pages, and send email campaigns. And, it is a fraction of the price!!

Cons

I wish that there were more professional templates available, but with the ability to import html, the possibilities are limitless.

A massive upgrade from spreadsheets - especially at this price point. Fantastic contact management features, and pretty good email marketing and CRM features. But compared to HubSpot, some marketing automation, forms, and integration features are missing. Another thing I love is that everything is open and editable, and there are no black-box operations.

Pros

Brilliant customer service experience - available 24/7 on chat.

Cons

Has all must-have features, but doesn't have some good-to-have features.

Overall experience was very good. EngageBay is not a bad product at all. There are a lot of options available and the support is great.

Pros

I mainly used EngageBay to track contacts and for emails (broadcast emails, etc). Contact management was easy to follow and use. I really appreciated the training videos. The chat support has always been very helpful when needed.

Cons

Email templates were okay. . just okay, but customizable. Over the last couple of years, I anticipated more of a variety added that what has been. Pricing is okay. This is where I recommend that you know what you need and compare to pricing of other packages. You will find that EngageBay is competitive (I have the all in one), but I have to ask what I really use and need for the price. Also, be aware that the amount of emails to send are limited when you first start and you have to 'warm up'. I did not realize that and it delayed some aspects for me.

I am a photographer, I shoot real estate and my main source of potential customers are magazine ads from the properties for sale with the name and cell of the agent. Every time I see an ad in a magazine, a magnet on the side of a vehicle, or in the front of a house for sale I copy the cell/email info and send an introductory email/message to the potential client and create an action plan for follow up!

Pros

Granularity and adaptability! It can be adjusted to my workflow and not the other way! When workflow needs adjustment It can easily be done and adapted in order to take advantage of some of the many optional features. I love the automation, it is simply amazing!!!

Cons

The installation and setup can be better!

It is fast, and the automation feature being visual is seriously impressive. The speed you can get things running is amazing. No other CRM can honestly compete, for price and ease EngageBay is a clear leader.

Very comprehensive. They refer to Hubspot before I realised Hubspot does the same things.

Pros

Its a great system to help a small NGO like hours make a huge impact. Many ask me "How do you manage to communicate so much and so well" And I am not even using most of the software.

Just too much to use! Need time to learn and use them. The videos are great but need to be updated.

Pros

The best feature is their customer service. They have been incredibly quick to respond and assist on everything we've needed. There are plenty of CRM's that have what we need, but none that are as quick to help us actually do it.
