The platform is relatively simple but it's efficient. It gets the job done. EngageBay is everything you need for your outreach initiatives. You can both locate and contact prospects easily. The email campaigns tool is fantastic for automating your marketing and connecting with new customers.

Pros

The platform is very effective and is feature rich. The ability to combine both sales and marketing into one platform really works without the ridiculous prices that Hubspot tries to charge.

The software is great and very much extendable with API and other customization . We had some special requirements for our custom CRM and the team was very helpful in getting new functions create for us and made sure we were taken care if we had any issues or concerns.

Can have many capabilities that much more expensive CRMs offer, paying down to 15% of the price.If you are looking for a solution for testing your business idea, or want to save $, without compromising on capabilities - this is your answer.

The UI is still a little bit more clunky than some of its more expensive comeptitors but this is reflected in the price.

I am successfully masquerading as a much larger business and punching well above my weight, simply because Engagebay facilitates such streamlined processing and data handling, while automating all the repetitive email introduction sequences.

Pros

Most important features for my business are the intuitive click-and-create automations, which eliminate the need for a small sales management team.

Cons

I love everything about this product, especially the online chat team and dedicated support staff. But my IT guru friend has complained about some unfriendly API integrations in the back end.

Pros

The support is top. You have always a support team member available via a chat and always, always get an answer within a minute. It is almost as if somebody from Engagebay stands beside your desk. The features are nearly the same as in HubSpot but for really less mones.

Cons

The usability. But this doesn´t matter, as the support is glorious.

Pros

It offers lots of features that a small but growing business can access. The support team are incredibly helpful (and quick to respond) if you ever have trouble figuring something out. There are also plenty of free resources such as articles and videos.

Cons

Yes, there are some features such as the ability to view what list(s) a contact belongs to from their profile in the marketing hub, and the ability to forward tickets to other emails in the service hub. Some tasks require work-arounds to accomplish. The support team gladly take suggestions for improvements though, and the program is always improving.

Not impressed. I pay for a product and still have to pay extra to remove its branding from my emails. ARE YOU FOR REAL? Absolutely poor tool. I am not that impressed with this tool to be honest; it's worth paying a bit more and getting something a bit more user friendly.

Pros

Definitely cheaper than HubSpot, which it closely mimics in some ways. Certainly easy to buy. Landing pages were easy to build and some elements of EB make it feel like it's a great alternative to HubSpot.

Cons

Where do I start? I have used HubSpot, Marketo, Keap, Drip, Klayvio, Pardot and more. This platform really is poor in many ways. - Learning curve for those who haven't used a marketing automation tool before will be very steep - Can't use visual block builders when building emails in a workflow - Can't remove 'Sent by Engagebay' in your emails unless you pay $4 per 1000 emails. I'm not kidding. And that's ON TOP of your subscription by the way. - Can't easily use if/then logic in workflow - Whilst we're on workflows, what's the difference between a workflow and an automation? - Adding new steps to an established workflow is very difficult - Feels clunky and a poor maps version of HubSpot - Very limited support and documentation online; if you can't figure out how to do something GOOD LUCK!

Reason for choosing EngageBay CRM

It seemed like a really cost effective alternative to the likes of HubSpot. I am not impressed with all the little hiddle niggles and the branding thing just feels like a really crummy sales plot.

I am so happy that I found engagebay!

Pros

I really signed up for so many softwares. I needed GetResponse, HubSpot, funnel.io & automate.io to build my Funnel. It cost me 1,2k a month. EngageBay has all that functions in one. And its so sheep. The support is so good and fast.

Cons

The dashboard reporting. Its not bad at all. But for my situation, I could need more customizability to create a KPI Dashboard.

I really like the overall quality of service. EngageBay team is doing a great job. The product is very functional and can be adopted to any sort of tasks. Plus, it is the best all-in-one solution in comparison to other solutions in the market. You can manage any sort of task with the help of EngageBay. What is more important for me, is that support team is very helpful and responsive. I believe it is an important part of any business relations

I am new to Engagebay but have been incredibly happy with the CRM and support received so far. I have tried a few CRM's in the past, and Engagebay is by far the best.

Cons

Have nothing bad to report so far. As I have only been using the CRM for just over a month, nothing obvious has stood out to me.

We are actually making use of Engagebay in our operation and that says it.

Pros

Easy to understand. Intuitive. When questions, simply click at the bottom left chat box and typically you have an answer within a few minutes. Customer support is great. - We had Hubspot before, but was a white elephant, we never used it, too complex. This is a much easier solution.

Cons

When not used in a while, I forget the wonderful details, that make this product powerful. My shortcoming.

Pros

The customer service is very good whenever there is a problem you can write in the chat and you will be helped.

Cons

Some features are missing when you work with any software because there is never a 100% fit of your needs otherwise there wouldn't be so many different offers. But engagebay is helping us with CRM wonderfully. The system could look a little more modern but its just a small thing.

I have been able to do everything i need plus more in engagebay and the guys on the helps desk are awesome

Pros

I like pretty much everything about engagebay

Cons

i cannot put my similar automations into folders. i cannot search automations in the search bar Automations do not allow date finder however there is a work around for this so its not too much of a problem
