I tried severall solutions like Hubspot. UX is simply the best and pricing is very good compared to Hubspot (much to expensive)

Pros

Easy to use, maybe in future a more "modern" design of the backend? But allround absolutly the best on the market

Cons

Nothing i can think of... Very good fast and friendly support.

Email marketing and sales activities have never been easier and EngageBay has done it easier. This application not only gives me the lead magnet that can make it easier for me to get new customers but also gives me the ability to engage them with marketing activities to make them loyal customers with all the features in this CRM.

Pros

To be honest, I just met CRM who can understand what I need to make my small business will promising to grow in the future and I can get it when using EngageBay. EngageBay gives me the best experience to run Email Marketing and Sales activities on one platform. Reps help me to achieve what I need with the best support that can't I imagine before.

Cons

What I dislike is, that I always get the best answers I need and make them use them as one of my favourite CRM applications. Automation on Email Marketing need more improvement.

Good experience. It think the above sums it up pretty well.

Pros

In the beginning I appreciated the price of what I was getting for what I was paying. My marketing manager seemed to be happy and I saw there were a ton of products I wasn't using, but was looking forward to implementing in time. There are several different areas that are organized into sections, which are helpful, as long as you know what you are looking for. The support is steller. Each time I used the live chat ont the site, I was helped very quickly. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is a superstar on the webchat and always had answers to my questions.

Cons

I quickly found out that my marketing manager was limited by functionality. She said there were several features that limited her ability to create an amazing template, or at least fulfill the needs of what I was hoping to achieve. I also didnn't like that each time I added someone to the system, they had to pay for access to my account. I have employees and a lot of freelancers that I was hoping to use, but they certainly wouldn't pay to work on my acccount. Once I started adding a few, the prices got to a place where I wasn't comfortable any longer. It was probably still more competitive than other software of similar caliber, but I wish we would have started with me knowing what I was getting into. Had I known the price up-front for adding multiple users, I would have considered this against others with a different perspective.

Cons

We're loving it!

Pros

It's a very powerful tool for what we need - CRM, tickets management, live chat. I also love the way everything can be connected to each other, and the flexibility to create automations, workflows, and views for the software to work exactly as we need. The customer service is awesome as well ! They reply very fast and are always able to help us out.

Cons

It's far from being a drawback, but precisely due to the fact that everything can be customized, it takes a while to understand how everything works the first time you start using and setting up the platform. But it gets easier very soon as you go.

What I like about this software is the smooth creation of the landing page.

Cons

Working on Automations and workflow. It takes me hours to finally use it. It's really tiring testing if the process is going well.

Support is excellent. Someone is always available to answer questions and they actually know what they're talking about and know the product, and integrations. Asked MANY questions and every one was answered immediately. Never got "someone will get back to you in a day or two".

Pros

Engage Bay offers many features and integrations not found in competitors in the same category. Similar to Hubspot without the ridiculous cost. Great for a smaller company that needs a full-service marketing tool.

Cons

It's just the learning curve like any other new tool.

We've only been using the CRM for a couple of months, but already feel like our data is a lot more consolidated. Integrating a signup-form on our website was easy, and sending out e-mails from the system is a breeze as well. We are now looking forward to getting our teeth sunk into the other features in the system, so we can roll them out and help ourselves and our customers get an even better and more seamless experience. We will soon be integrating data from our WooCommerce platform, to have even more consolidated data to work with in the system.

Pros

The amount of features in EngageBay, the customer service and the ease with which to use the software are really good. And of course the price is very competitive.

Cons

Onboarding was not specific process, but on the other hand, customer service is always there to help with any queries we've had.

Pros

I like that you have someone there who is willing to answer your questions and work with you. When you are new to a CRM system, these questions are not always the smartest question, so I appreciate a patient answer that enables you to also learn how to perform a new function.

I'm using EngageBay mainly for CRM.

Pros

I like that EngageBay already has a comprehensive CRM system even for the free version. I checked out other CRM systems, and EngageBay has friendlier user interface and with more features. For a first-time user, I was able to customize the system to fit my needs. Their system was easy to use. In just a couple of hours, I was able to upload 200+ leads and customize them.

Cons

I haven't used it extensively yet. It's nothing like Salesforce, but EngageBay already has what I need at the moment.

I love it!

Pros

I love using a multiform that can manage all of my data and daily functions in the one place without having to sync and integrate multiple platforms using third party service providers.... customer data, sales processes, tasks, marketing, lead capture and management, email broadcasts, automations, calendar, appointments.... it's all here. Love it!

Cons

Haven't found anything yet that I don't like.

Pros

I find most things like this difficult to use. I am not so tech savvy. \[sensitive content hidden\], my trainer, rep and now savior is amazing! He is so patient and helpful! I wish you could clone him!

Cons

I have not really fully explored what is available. Since it is difficult for me, I have to learn in small increments.

This software does what it suppose to do and does it perfectly. Used for clients CRM and management of leads

NONE at all, I personally do not use the landing page builder I use another excellent product but CRM is perfect
