It's was very good and all futures are less cost.

Pros

EngageBay CRM, some of its commonly praised features include its all-in-one nature (combining marketing, sales, and service tools), its affordability compared to some competitors, and its user-friendly interface. Many users also appreciate the free plan option for small businesses or startups. Of course, whether you would like it depends on your specific needs and priorities in a CRM.

Fantastic - from start to finish - the right CRM backed by incredible support. The CRm streamlines and the support ensure you get there fast

Pros

The support team - truly an example of what great support looks like. We have all played with various tools and we all know that the learning curve is the hardest part but, when the support is so good, you find yourself integrated and using their CRM far quicker than any other system i have tested or used

Cons

So far there are no cons, I've used every CRM out there and the most frustrating part is the initial learning curve however, their support take the lead hands down

I've emailed the CEO about my issues and he's never bothered to respond. It's because of the issues we've had that I'm even writing this review. Others need to know this is not a good CRM.

Pros

Good support where you can actually schedule a call with a human.

Cons

Most everything else. It's not remotely user friendly. The way "Deals" are structured is totally confusing. I was promised by my sales person that it would function like Active Campaign, which I'd used for years but increased in price 4x. Engagebay isn't remotely the same and we've had perpetual problems with it. I, unfortunately, signed up for two years and am sorry I did. I'm now stuck with it.

The CRM, email marketing, sequences work smoothly together. The email sequences and campaigns are easy to create with rich templates which saves time. Pricing is also very less compared to other tools in the market

Cons

It lacks advanced analytics and reporting and the mobile app lacks all the features making it difficult to access anywhere

Pros

I've been using EngageBay for my small business for five years, and it's been wonderful. A standout has been the support offered via livechat, which has always been ultra-responsive and very helpful. It's also extremely cost-competetive, which is very important for a small business like mine. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Cons

Nothing! It's met all of my small business's needs beautifully. (I need to keep writing here to meet the minimum character requirements.)

Overall, I'm very happy with EngageBay. I'm still getting to know all the tools it offers, but it already feels like a very complete and well-designed solution. I’ve tried several CRMs and this one stands out, not only because of its features, but because of how well the support team treats you. I definitely plan to continue using it.

Pros

What I like the most is how feature-rich the platform is, even with the basic plan. It offers tools for marketing, sales, contact management, automations, and more. All in one place. The interface is intuitive and clean, which helps a lot when you're getting started. The help desk team is absolutely fantastic. Fast, kind, and incredibly helpful every time I reach out. That level of support is not easy to find and really makes a difference, especially when you're learning the platform.

Cons

Nothing major for now. Some features require a bit of a learning curve, but that’s expected with any powerful platform.

Superb customer support. You get to chat with a real person when you need one easily (Their online help is great), not some chatbot

I love it. I have been using it since February 2024, having come over from Hubspot, and it's just much easier to use, doing all the same things, for about 1/4th the price. The customer support is awesome. Rarely can I not get help when I need it, and I always get what I need handled. They are a great team at Engage Bay, and I'm really happy I moved over to it.

Pros

Everything. It's just a super simple CRM to use and I love using it as do my 5 salesmen that work with me.

Cons

Not much at all. I rarely run into problems with it, actually.

Pros

Easy to use platform, automations are intuitive and make a lot of smaller tasks very easy to manage. The UI is great and the learning curve was small. Support is always readily available and friendly. I use several different CRMs in my position and this one has by far been my favorite.

Cons

There are some small things that I wish were able to be handled by automations that Engagebay cannot at this time, but so far I've been able to find simple workarounds.

I was able to set up all the automation I needed, and now everything is running as expected. EngageBay turned out to be a powerful tool once I got past the initial learning phase.

The best part about EngageBay is their support team. I was unfamiliar with the platform, especially the automation features, but their support was quick, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. With their guidance, I was able to set up workflows that perfectly fit our needs.

Cons

The learning curve can be a bit steep for first-time users, especially if you're coming from a different CRM. Some features aren't as intuitive as expected and took time to figure out.

I like that the all-in-one system has quite a bit to offer and seems more comprehensive than most.

Cons

I wish there was a plan that was in between the Basic and Growth plans due to the pricing and lack of workflow accessibility in the Basic plan.

Pros

In my experience, its incredibly hard to find a free CRM/email tool that is as feature packed as Engagebay without spending a fortune on it.

Cons

Parts of the UI could've been a little bit easier to navigate.

I am not that experienced in CRMs in general. I've tried different ones throughout the time, but this one is the best in terms of getting it tailor made for you. Also love marketing stuff.

Pros

It has everything you need at one place, and it is extremely easy to set-up.

Cons

You paying per user. I know it is to mich to ask, but some users dont need the full functionality of the CRM. But unfortunately it is with most of CRM systems like this.
