Pros

You can compare this to Hubspot but 400% more affordable plus the customer service is 24 hours top notch! Also their page is so easy to use!

Cons

None. I just love Engagebay because of the functionality, customer service and price!

Such a friendly team to work with. any issues I have had on a tech basis, I have used the chat to solve and the team on the end of this are so helpful and friendly and always managed to fix it!

Pros

It is easy to use and get set up and the team of people I have worked with so far have been really helpful. It is easy to track my daily tasks and update them. Workflow is slick!

Cons

Have not been using it long enough yet. But what we have needed the team at EB have been able to build in super quickly!

Overall ewe have had a very pleasant experience with Engagebay and would recommend to others.

Pros

The system is easy to use and customer service is always on hand to talk you through any queries you may have. Having looked into other system, Engagebay is great value for money.

Cons

There were a few features e required for our business that the system couldn't accommodate, but we have found that no other CRM system can offer those features too.

My small business now couldn't live without engagebay. Compared to competitors it is incredible value for money, but the real highlight is the customer service. You can get a response from a real human in seconds, every time. They will teach you how to use the products, guide you through it and are a genuinely quick solution to every problem. Please don't change!

Pros

Automation and segmentation is exceptional, as are the add ons. Customer service genuinely could no be better.

Cons

Can be hard to learn and only one user unless you pay a fair bit more.

So far so good. I feel that all my lead generation activities will be taken cared of.

Pros

So far the functions available are all a must for a marketer... Contacts, Forms, Landing Pages and Email Campaigns/Automation => all you need to gowth hack any business. The landing page creator is what I like most - all is just drag and drop and no technical knowledge required.

Cons

There was one instance that my account was suddenly downgraded to a free plan... But the support team was fast enough to upgrade my account back in just a few minutes. So far I do not see any red flags.

Setting up my ring central SMS integration was difficult but the people at engagebay assisted until it was working properly.

Pros

I compared Engagebay with the other products on the market in the start of 2021. The investment is compared to the completeness of the system is low. You really get value for money.

I'm not a big fan of the user interface / design. But this is subjective and personal.

We were using Mailchimp for a few years and paying quite a lot for the very simple use of sending mailings. We then discovered Engagebay and can now benefit of all these amazing features for a much cheaper price.

Pros

All in one solution. We can handle our email marketing, our sales and our support in the same tool, thus keeping all information fully centralized and attached to the client.

Cons

Misses a few improvements that will make navigation more comfortable, but so far experience has been great.

Overall the experience is great, I would be using Engagebay for quite a long time unless I find something better.

Pros

I have been using CRM and email marketing tools with automation. The email sequence is also a great thing that has helped me reduce my effort on follow-up and increased my efficiency. I think this application is a one-stop solution to my old way of using several tools and compiling the outcome.

Cons

I think The product is over all good, calling features can be enhanced and once a call is made an auto note should be made on the notes.

I'm very satisfied with the app, it works well and I'm saving a lot of money.

Pros

Engagebay works pretty well with my business. I was using ActiveCampaign but the costs were adding up quite quickly. I tried other platforms but the automation sequence offered by ActiveCampaign are not easy to find, until, I got Engagebay. The platforms offer an awesome automation platform for emails, plus landing pages and forms. It works quite well and can be a perfect substitute.

Cons

I would like more design capabilities for the forms, but I heard they are already implementing it.
