It is good that we can bring together all our contacts on a single platform to communicate through emails, calls, and messages. In addition to being able to have a record of what we do with each contact

Cons

I don't like that when we make a sequence we have to re-tag all the contacts one by one so that the emails start sending each other

I needed a cost prohibitive plan form that has every thing to market my fitness business along with the automation. I was using multiple pieces of software well over 300+ a month and Engagebay has replaced all of them at a fraction of the price.

Pros

Really it's the all in one marketing Automation. I can send leads here and quickly get them in an SMS or email campaign.

Cons

Their documentation is not stellar however there chat support is excellent. I've never waited more than 2 mins to get a support rep and they've always solved my problem instantly.

Pros

I Just had my first Tech Support Issue at EngageBay and \[sensitive content hidden\] handled it VERY quickly & easily. Also, when I was experimenting with another competitive platform, I could get NO direct contact with any Tech Support. With EngageBay, when they could see I was not setting up their platform (while I was experimenting with the other one), I got FOUR phone calls from living people at EngageBay in a matter of 2 or 3 days! ... So THAT is Amazing! Other than that,

Cons

I am JUST now setting EngageBay up. So I'm not able to Comment much on that yet.

Pros

The platforms has a lot of features (we are mostly using the marketing side of it). Their customer support is quick to respond, open to suggestions and tries implementing fixes and new features asap. Once you get used to using it, building landing pages is smooth and quick.

Cons

Automating posting on socials (e.g. LinkedIn) didn't work very well for us. Some features could be better documented/explained (e.g. custom fields and connection to forms & filtering, email reporting), so that you don't need to contact their customer service. On the positive side, the customer service is very responsive so most questions get answered quite quickly.

I really enjoy using EngageBay and it is one of the easiest and most useful CRM system I've used.

Pros

It is, on the whole, easy to use, gives me flexibility to drive leads, manage contacts and execute and manage email campaigns.

Cons

Automations are useful but not easy to initially navigate or set up - could do with some addition guidance around those.

Great experience, user-friendly, and easy to use, with the option to upgrade, when you are ready to.

Pros

This is a product to use with great landing page templates, which are easy to customize to suit your needs. You can upgrade with more futures, but if you are an affiliate needing only an adding page, I would recommend using Engagebay.

Cons

I really do not have any complaints as this is very user-friendly.

Pros

It is fairly intuitive, fantastic support and I've found it's really made the building of campaigns very simple. I love the background of stats and it's really easy to learn and teach other people how to use it. I picked it up and was able to navigate and use the platform within a few days.

Cons

At times it can be a little washy in terms of operations which means you'll be going back and forth to check operations have been completed. While usually this is an infrequent occurrence it can take you out of the workflow.

Overall EngageBay has been easy to setup within our business and we are getting on track with becoming more efficient in using EngageBay. The Automation have been really great to have our clients journey more streamlined to free up more time for other tasks.

Pros

The email broadcast feature has been really great to schedule our messaging to clients. Having pre created email templates with all branding makes it easier to quickly prepare messaging for out going communication. Tasks has been great to track where we are at with clients and makes it easy for the team to see what's going on and if someone needs to fill in, its easy to tell where clients have been left off.

Cons

There has been some small bugs needed to be fixed and the Engage Bay team has been great about jumping on these and getting them sorted out for us. The integration into our business hasn't been as smooth as it could be with transitioning from other programs into Engage Bay, we have had to keep running both systems for the early stages so nothing gets missed.

It seems to have just about any feature you'd need. It's really easy to just dive right in, I had my lists and landing pages set up in under an hour, without the need to consult any help documentation.

Pros

The layout is brilliant, very user friendly from the moment you start. A generous free plan allows you to explore before you subscribe.

Cons

Nothing so far! I haven't explored all it's features but I've yet to find anything that I don't like.

I tried severall solutions like Hubspot. UX is simply the best and pricing is very good compared to Hubspot (much to expensive)

Pros

Easy to use, maybe in future a more "modern" design of the backend? But allround absolutly the best on the market

Email marketing and sales activities have never been easier and EngageBay has done it easier. This application not only gives me the lead magnet that can make it easier for me to get new customers but also gives me the ability to engage them with marketing activities to make them loyal customers with all the features in this CRM.

Pros

To be honest, I just met CRM who can understand what I need to make my small business will promising to grow in the future and I can get it when using EngageBay. EngageBay gives me the best experience to run Email Marketing and Sales activities on one platform. Reps help me to achieve what I need with the best support that can't I imagine before.

Cons

What I dislike is, that I always get the best answers I need and make them use them as one of my favourite CRM applications. Automation on Email Marketing need more improvement.

Good experience. It think the above sums it up pretty well.

Pros

In the beginning I appreciated the price of what I was getting for what I was paying. My marketing manager seemed to be happy and I saw there were a ton of products I wasn't using, but was looking forward to implementing in time. There are several different areas that are organized into sections, which are helpful, as long as you know what you are looking for. The support is steller. Each time I used the live chat ont the site, I was helped very quickly. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is a superstar on the webchat and always had answers to my questions.

Cons

I quickly found out that my marketing manager was limited by functionality. She said there were several features that limited her ability to create an amazing template, or at least fulfill the needs of what I was hoping to achieve. I also didnn't like that each time I added someone to the system, they had to pay for access to my account. I have employees and a lot of freelancers that I was hoping to use, but they certainly wouldn't pay to work on my acccount. Once I started adding a few, the prices got to a place where I wasn't comfortable any longer. It was probably still more competitive than other software of similar caliber, but I wish we would have started with me knowing what I was getting into. Had I known the price up-front for adding multiple users, I would have considered this against others with a different perspective.

We're loving it!

Pros

It's a very powerful tool for what we need - CRM, tickets management, live chat. I also love the way everything can be connected to each other, and the flexibility to create automations, workflows, and views for the software to work exactly as we need. The customer service is awesome as well ! They reply very fast and are always able to help us out.

Cons

It's far from being a drawback, but precisely due to the fact that everything can be customized, it takes a while to understand how everything works the first time you start using and setting up the platform. But it gets easier very soon as you go.
