Efficient and Straight Forward CRM. Unlike other CRM, it is easy to use but once you get to the automation part, it gets a little not too friendly.

Cons

I really can't think of any right now. It needs more visibility so more people will use and buy this!

Overall, this tool is easy to implement and use and thanks to their support team which is avl 24/7 to help us. I used the tool during my internship, then I suggested the same to my current organization and hence, that's how we implemented it and now our whole team is using it and loving it.

Pros

1\. It's collaborative working environment is so easy to implement and adapt. 2. We don't have to worry about losing our data anymore as all the data is now stored on the cloud. 3. Their server never gets down so our team works any time of the day they want. 4. According to the price, this is the best CRM with all the relevant features as compared to the other alternatives in the market.

Cons

The users might get lost during their initial days of using this due to their vast featuers but their resource modules are so helpful that they helps them to get back on track. Also, their support team was always there to help us when we got lost using the tool or had any doubts.

Wish they had a better type of APP for on the go phones for alerts or quick responses.

All in all, it's been rather enjoyable. It's a very potent platform with a ton of room for growth.

Pros

How easily the tracking tools and API can be linked together, and how it conjures up all the complex functionality needed in one package while tricking consumers into thinking it's easier than it is. Despite its incredible capabilities, the gadget is simple to operate and basic.

Cons

Having the ability to delete and then add links, tabs, and menus to items that aren't in use would be convenient. Furthermore, social media marketing is just available on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Really, I would want a far wider range of options.

It is difficult to debug an automation that has 20+ nodes if it fails at some particular node as we need to view the complete activity to find that out. It would be better if they can provide the details of the node where it got failed.
