I utilized HubSpot and Salesforce. I assumed that transferring to EngageBay would be complicated, but it was actually quite simple. The platform is extremely user-friendly, feature-rich, and intuitive. In my opinion, the most appealing aspect of EngageBay is its ease of use. You'll love EngageBay whether you're a seasoned user from another platform or a first-time user. The Support staff is equally impressive.

I have not found any major issues with the product.

It has a start up not completely finished feel to it. May still need some polishing.

Pros

Clean UX design, responsive chat support

Cons

Every email that I got from their support team came twice. One would say "unverified" and one would not. It made me lose confidence in them since they were probably using their own platform. Also, my ministry requires products to have SSO. They only offered it at Enterprise level which we did not need at this time. That was really the final dealbreaker.

EngageBay is a Value for Money tool which offers many capabilities. It is definitely worth checking out for Small / Medium organizations.

Pros

We wanted to use EngageBay CRM for many functions one amongst which is the email marketing. Being first time users, we encountered some hiccups. But, the Chat Support Team was available 24\*7 and helped us a great deal in overcoming the issues. Shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\]! Thank you for the great help

As an entrepreneur, I need to reach out to hundreds of client members and I needed a way to manage the contact list, Lee generation and overall where they are in the sales pipeline.

I wanted a free trial for at least a month, but I did not get one so the cost of it was a little bit prohibitive for me

It basically has everything that we need to build marketing campaigns that help us to engage with our customers in a professional way. The marketing automation capabilities are excellent and the customer service is second to none.

Cons

It is sometimes easy to forget to save something you're working on and if you click away from the page it can be lost as it doesn't give a reminder to save. Just need to get into the habit of saving everything regularly...not a big issue.

It is very robust and has pretty much everything I need to run my business and it's easy to navigate and use.

Cons

It doesn't have a complete client connection portal where I can communicate with my clients and customers and business partners however I want.

It is easy to set-up, loved the fact that you can add email tracking and automatic integration of google correspondence in Engagebay.
