Overall it's been quite nice. It is an incredibly capable platform with lots of room to grow into.

Pros

The simplicity of connecting the API, the tracking tools, and the way that it manages to somehow pull together all the complex features needed into a single package and somehow make it appear that it's less complex than it really is. The capabilities here are astounding, but if the more complex things aren't needed, the system remains simple and straightforward.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to hide the links, tabs, and menus to things that aren't being used and re-add them if we decided to use them later. Also, the social media marketing only covers Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I'd really like to have a much wider selection.

Overall, I'm very happy with EngageBay. I'm still getting to know all the tools it offers, but it already feels like a very complete and well-designed solution. I’ve tried several CRMs and this one stands out, not only because of its features, but because of how well the support team treats you. I definitely plan to continue using it.

Pros

What I like the most is how feature-rich the platform is, even with the basic plan. It offers tools for marketing, sales, contact management, automations, and more. All in one place. The interface is intuitive and clean, which helps a lot when you're getting started. The help desk team is absolutely fantastic. Fast, kind, and incredibly helpful every time I reach out. That level of support is not easy to find and really makes a difference, especially when you're learning the platform.

Cons

Nothing major for now. Some features require a bit of a learning curve, but that’s expected with any powerful platform.

I've emailed the CEO about my issues and he's never bothered to respond. It's because of the issues we've had that I'm even writing this review. Others need to know this is not a good CRM.

Pros

Good support where you can actually schedule a call with a human.

Cons

Most everything else. It's not remotely user friendly. The way "Deals" are structured is totally confusing. I was promised by my sales person that it would function like Active Campaign, which I'd used for years but increased in price 4x. Engagebay isn't remotely the same and we've had perpetual problems with it. I, unfortunately, signed up for two years and am sorry I did. I'm now stuck with it.

The CRM, email marketing, sequences work smoothly together. The email sequences and campaigns are easy to create with rich templates which saves time. Pricing is also very less compared to other tools in the market

Cons

It lacks advanced analytics and reporting and the mobile app lacks all the features making it difficult to access anywhere

Superb customer support. You get to chat with a real person when you need one easily (Their online help is great), not some chatbot

I love it. I have been using it since February 2024, having come over from Hubspot, and it's just much easier to use, doing all the same things, for about 1/4th the price. The customer support is awesome. Rarely can I not get help when I need it, and I always get what I need handled. They are a great team at Engage Bay, and I'm really happy I moved over to it.

Pros

Everything. It's just a super simple CRM to use and I love using it as do my 5 salesmen that work with me.

Cons

Not much at all. I rarely run into problems with it, actually.

I have a lot of experience with Hubspot and Sales Force. I really liked the functionality of Hubspot, however the pricing for that was way to high for the current company that I work for. Engagebay delivers most of the same features, though some of the workflow is different. There is also a learning curve with any new CRM.

Pros

Engagebay does a great job with contact management, emails, and call lists at an very affordable price. It does what other of the big name CRMS do, at a fraction of the price

Cons

There are some things I would like to streamline with this CRM such as putting in a contact note without having to go all the way into a contact under a note. It would be nice to be able to be able to edit a note or task from the contact list screen, rather than having to go all the way into a contact.

I've used this platform for about 6 months now. Once I got passed the warmup process there have been no limits. I highly recommend it.

Pros

I like the platform overall. I went in just expecting an email platform but have gotten so much more out of it. The landing pages and ability to bring in my own coding into their platform has saved lots of time for me. Their customer service is top notch and responsive.

Cons

It's not the BEST platform out there. And it's priced that way. No knock against it at all. The best platforms out there cost a fortune. This is the best bang for your buck you'll get anywhere bar none. If money is no object go someplace else. Pound for pound eEngagebay is the real deal.

Pros

The overall use case and the very quick responses from the customer service teams. I can always rely on contacting support and getting a speedy and informative response.

Cons

Not being able to open things like email templates and forms in a new tab quickly and efficiently would be my biggest con. It can be quite annoying when you have to update something small but in multiple email templates/forms and you have to open one at a time, rather than opening them all in their individual tabs nice and quickly.

Easy to use platform, automations are intuitive and make a lot of smaller tasks very easy to manage. The UI is great and the learning curve was small. Support is always readily available and friendly. I use several different CRMs in my position and this one has by far been my favorite.

Cons

There are some small things that I wish were able to be handled by automations that Engagebay cannot at this time, but so far I've been able to find simple workarounds.

It's a really good tool for sales and email automation. I like the no code platform and creating landing pages is really easy. Also, I like the customer support so much, any issue or error that arises, it gets fixed so early.

Pros

Customer service is top notch, Dashboard again is really good and easy analytics, EDM/Landing page creation so easy and in a breeze.

Cons

Initially it takes time getting used to when creating the EDM's and Landing page. Certain features are hidden or it takes time to reach them and find them. But once you know its really easy.

I was able to set up all the automation I needed, and now everything is running as expected. EngageBay turned out to be a powerful tool once I got past the initial learning phase.

Pros

The best part about EngageBay is their support team. I was unfamiliar with the platform, especially the automation features, but their support was quick, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. With their guidance, I was able to set up workflows that perfectly fit our needs.

Cons

The learning curve can be a bit steep for first-time users, especially if you're coming from a different CRM. Some features aren't as intuitive as expected and took time to figure out.

I am not that experienced in CRMs in general. I've tried different ones throughout the time, but this one is the best in terms of getting it tailor made for you. Also love marketing stuff.

Pros

It has everything you need at one place, and it is extremely easy to set-up.

Cons

You paying per user. I know it is to mich to ask, but some users dont need the full functionality of the CRM. But unfortunately it is with most of CRM systems like this.

I just accepted the free trial to see what everybody has been talking about it being a great and powerful tool for marketing, and I can attest now that I've seen, that I do agree 100%.

Pros

I like how it aligns most platforms with one another, nearly every other software available doesn't streamline the process of connecting all profiles. Most issues are caused by the time it takes to connect them all (like hoops you're made to jump through just to get to that point), I am always searching for a better "main hub" situation because each one, I've learned in my own experiences, that not one single platform, hub, account management, and otherwise, never do ALL that you need them to be able to do. One may do 15 things that the other doesn't but that one missing those 15 features may have the one feature that you really needed to lighten the load or something. Its always something or 5 things, but for the money EngageBay seems to be true to their word, and have nearly mastered the all-in-one hub

Cons

Cost, make it accessible for everyone, even consider a free option because more times than not, someone will desperately need the features that are restricted usually in free-trials or free plans, and end up buying regardless to satisfy that need.
