It has been great so far. The peoplehum team is very efficient and effective when it comes to assisting with any issues. The reports generated are good and I like that you can easily draft your own reports.

Pros

It is user friendly. The customer service representatives are quite helpful and efficient. There are different options when setting up the system for the our clients which is great because the clients have different ways of operating.

Cons

There is a lot of information in terms of setting the system that is not readily available. This is quite frustrating if you are already live and employees are using the system. Some of the module options and terminology in the system is not well explained, it becomes more of a guesing game when setting up.

My experience has been a 5/5. I faced difficulties in navigating all it's functionalities first but as I learnt it, i realized that it is a perfect system because all the many functionalities help in customizing the system to our need.

Pros

The leave module, Attendance module and as a general employee database. They are the easiest to use among other system I have used . We used peopleHum after having a bad experience with another system and it really changed everything and gave us exactly what we needed.

Cons

It is not possible to link it with hardware equipment. Example: I would want to link the attendance module with a biometric scanner.

The experience has been great with excellent customer support. I love how peoplehum is easy to use and prioritise employee engagement and experience

Pros

I love everything about peoplehum but i love the perform Module alot because it is detailed and allows us to measure what matters.

Cons

There are a few features that can be added to the existing modules that addresses some use cases. I have given some feedback to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] my support person. The pulse survey doesn't seem to be working except I am missing something.

It was like I was testing the product for them however the market understand is require by the product team. User manuals and testing guides should be available from day one, support needs a lot of improvement because of time difference. System is overall good and can be made better.

Pros

features are good but need more understanding of the market where the customer is coming from.

Cons

Too much bugs like testing, something that should be tested before releasing the product.

Pros

It does the job for a start-up that is growing. In the beginning, there was a willingness to help new users and look into issues and solve them quickly.

Cons

\- Lack of response from the customer support team - Not able to detect issues within the platform easily - Few processes are not well thought out, and not as progressive as they should be - Onboarding was not smooth

The UI - its very intuitive and done neatly. Fairly simple for daily tasks such as Clockin-Clockout, Timesheets and Project Management. Other than the product, the customer service is always available.

Certain missing views that could have been very helpful in terms of projects, approvals, etc

\-Digitalization -Friendly User Interface -Fast and convenient-assessed via mobile apps

\-Attendance is very fast and easy to track -Employee profile is quite detailed with the information required -Easy the manage the HR matters such as recognition, voice, appreciation & announcements -Considering the nature of our organisation, allows to post vacancies with proper clartiy.

Cons

\-Performance management is not aligned to the meet and expectation of business -Payroll is not integrated within PeopleHum, we use separate payroll system to facilitate for the payroll in line to attendance record
