I faced difficulties in navigating all it's functionalities first but as I learnt it, i realized that it is a perfect system because all the many functionalities help in customizing the system to our need. Pros The leave module, Attendance module and as a general employee database. They are the easiest to use among other system I have used . We used peopleHum after having a bad experience with another system and it really changed everything and gave us exactly what we needed. Cons It is not possible to link it with hardware equipment. The peoplehum team is very efficient and effective when it comes to assisting with any issues. The reports generated are good and I like that you can easily draft your own reports. Pros It is user friendly. The customer service representatives are quite helpful and efficient. There are different options when setting up the system for the our clients which is great because the clients have different ways of operating. Cons There is a lot of information in terms of setting the system that is not readily available. This is quite frustrating if you are already live and employees are using the system. Some of the module options and terminology in the system is not well explained, it becomes more of a guesing game when setting up. " October 3, 2020 1.0 Our association with PeopleHum was for a brief one year. When we signed our agreement there were multiple commitments promised by them which they did not deliver even after one year and during the course of our association there were many situations where their team was incompetent to solve problem, where our team provided a solution and still, they could not deliver. They were too keen to push us to their new user pricing by either leveraging our employee data or by sending email threats. That can be startups which find themselves with a fast growing workforce, or multinationals which need to consolidate a bundle of solutions into an integrated platform, and basically everything in between. The team of peopleHum matches the suite: there is not a standard answer and there is not a standard process. You will see that in the way they build their solutions, and in the way that they treat their customers. You are special, your processes are special, and most of all, your people are special! Pros peopleHum managed to develop a HCM suite which is conversational in its usage, covers all critical processes in Human Capital Management, and supports every user in the organization in an understandable way. The feedback I enjoyed the most is "this is how I work" where with many other solutions the users have the feeling that they have to adjust their workflow to the system.
