Business problems: Brand guidelines distribution, Content creation (processes as well as formatting documents), Asset Management. Benefits: single source of truth for guidelines and brand assets. Cost avoidance by handling content creation and appoval processes within the platform.

Pros

The basic modules in the solution are very much usable and easy to implement (just a week or so). It needs attention though, from your own organization. Someone needs to take charge in setting up things like a good content structure and take care of the roll-out. The software is also very versatile and allows you to solve organization specific problems. The solution is also not just an out-of-the-box SaaS, you can really customize the design towards your own brand, which is quite necessary for a brand portal.

Cons

It's not clear how the solution fits in your IT architecture. For instance: a feature for content delivery is not yet available and would be great to have to solve issues with multiple content systems in your organization.

Very good, especially the support. The company representative was thinking along us and for us, always coming with great solutions and good examples on how to do things.

Pros

\- easy to use - intuitive - easy to manage - colleagues (users) are happy

Cons

\- the download center that we chose is a bit cumbersome, but the company offers better and more intuitive options
