Very good, takes a while to set up, but very user friendly, and customer support and forms person are speedy fast and helpful/friendly - I never feel like a bother.

Pros

Love my Junna. Tailored to care management with ability for other services to be incorporated. It allows for all of the intricate care management documentation (invoicing, acts as a hub to store your company documents, resources, etc) and helps with staff management (time report). I love that you can leave a task/message for another CM. Also LOVE the tutorials!

Cons

You need to be careful not to add "relatives" of other clients to a current clients information in many areas (attached to chart, etc.) and it does not populate documentation into the facesheet automatically from when clients sign your intake form. And the inability to update your forms with edits as you please, and with a charge for each page has been difficult. I have a list of "suggestions" but they are not a make or break it (telehealth incorporation for extra fee, etc.)

It was affordable and covenient for my practice, we look into other options, and it was easy to integrate to our office and case managers, they didn't struggle to bad with the whole process, we definitely recommend this software.

Pros

Easy way to create invoices and case notes! That I can have it integrated with my xero account, my bookeper is so happy!

Cons

when writting a case note that I need to writte the description again. Wouldn't hurt to integrate emails to the whole system.

Its ability to directly invoice and pull in case notes so clients never wonder where their retainer is going!

Cons

I wish there was a real app instead of just placing a button on my Home Screen! Also there should be a autosave draft, I've written extensive notes before and lost network connection and lost the note

After using two other software platforms, MyJunna has definitely been the easiest for my team to use. It’s user-friendly when it comes to entering notes and navigating case files. The layout looks great, and the regular updates are always helpful. I really like that the team listens to feedback and responds quickly whenever we have a question or issue. Overall, it’s been a great experience for us.

Pros

What I appreciate most about Junna is how easy it is to use. The platform is intuitive, and important information is always easy to access. I also value how responsive the team is to feedback — they’re continuously making updates and improvements based on user input.

Cons

What I like least about MyJunna is that there are still a few specific reports I wish were available. I’m hopeful they will be added in the future as the platform continues to evolve.

My Junna is a great company and always doing what they can to innovate and meet the needs for a care management businesses and they seek out our suggestions for improvement and follow through. If there are any tech issues, they are prompt to respond and resolve those issues. They are also good about keeping us educated on new updates to the software. My Junna is a must have tool for a care management practice and this along with their great customer service makes them the best in the business. I highly recommend My Junna.

Pros

My Junna a user friendly program that efficiently allows my team to record notes while keeping track of important client information. I appreciate how everything I need for managing a care management practice is in one place from client tracking, to invoicing, recording payroll hours, and running reports. It makes doing business easier.

Cons

We use to find the calendar feature slow to update and toggle between care manager calendars, but this has since been resolved.

I have been so incredibly pleased with our decision to use My Junna. They are well-staffed with knowledgeable employees who are ready and able to help with any issues. They implement new ideas and functionality regularly and are always willing to hop in and help when needed!

Pros

My Junna has proven to be the best billing software we've ever used. The My Junna team truly listens to their clients and continues to implement updates throughout the year. Additionally, they offer training for all updates.

Cons

I did not experience anything negative about My Junna. The platform, staff, and accessibility have been amazing.

Good - nice service and response to various issues. My Junna staff appears to be continually focused on improving the product.

Pros

It is pretty easy to use and consolidates a lot of pieces into one workable platform. The layout and functions are mostly intuitive.

Cons

The slowness of the calendar load and no direct interface with MS Outlook - a seamless interace would be a lot better

Pros

Customer service. I love how the staff helps me walk through any questions. I love how they provide videos on how to use the tools.

Cons

Can't think of any right now. I'm sure there is something but it is not coming to mind. I wish more businesses had a human to answer a phone instead of a bot

I have been using My Junna for about 4 years (both in previous employment and in my self-employment). I decided to continue using My Junna when I transitioned to self-employment due to the ease of using the software.

Pros

The quick responsivenesss of staff when tech issues occur; the ease of using this case management system; the ability to modify the system to my needs.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about using My Junna. I am very happy overall with the software and staff.

It’s been great so far. So happy our team switched! It has increased our efficiency and allowed more time to work on other important tasks.

Pros

How willing they are to take feedback and consistently upgrade the product. Support is really helpful too and quick to respond!

Cons

It’s a bit limiting in terms of data export. We’ve uploaded a lot of info in there and are concerned about how to extract it in the future.

My Junna is a supportive, flexible company. The customer-service is outstanding. I generally don't even have to wait a day to get my questions answered. One time, I voiced a question on a Friday evening, thinking I would need to wait until Monday morning for an answer. The issue was resolved within an hour. I feel like My Junna partners with me to meet my goals, as opposed to me just being a customer. As a small business owner, I feel very supported.

Pros

I like most that it is cloud-based and HIPAA compliant. The Invoice feature is very easy to use.

Cons

Since I use it for both Counseling and Care Management, I would like to see more Counseling features added - like a special module for therapists. But that's just pie-in-the-sky thinking. This software works wonderfully for what I need.

Limited, unfortunately.

Pros

The program is well-organized, not too deep and not to shallow in terms of depth of data. The system is easy to navigate and the embedded how-to videos are straight-forward and comprehensive. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and her team sought feedback and worked to improve the system.

Cons

The built-in and un-removable vendor in the partnership tab. This is a very minor thing that I think was resolved.

As a private Geriatric Care Manager in a solo practice, I find that JunnaCare solves my problems easily. I love the invoicing and partners section. I'm trying to go paperless and JunnaCare makes this mostly a reality.

Pros

I like the fact that JunnaCare is very affordable for a start-up solo practice like mine. JunnaCare is very intuitive and easy to learn. JunnaCare works on all platforms. I use it on my Mac, MacBookPro, my iPad and my iPhone 7 Plus.

Cons

I lke all the features of JunnaCare. Haven't discovered any faults. I've been using it since July 2017.
