Very positive ! I know I can count on you when I need you! Knowing the team, from online tutorials to face to face interactions helps to build the relationship which is so very important at all levels.

Pros

The organization of our work- how to access clients info, reports, invoicing, etc etc. but AS IMPORTANT ...the responsiveness of the staff- human connection to address my questions and help me to navigate the page (s).

Cons

I m not sure I can answer that- it may be user error :) but understanding and implementing the billing rate portion, retainers is often confusing to me

Great customer support. They are responsive to feedback and are continuing to improve the user's experience.

Pros

Easy to onboard and very user friendly. Lots of great features for managing our clients. Can use on the go with my cell phone.

Cons

Format for expenses is different from QuickBooks and not as easy to find on invoices. I will be making suggestions to MJ.

Great customer care & support. Easy onboarding. I was able to start using the system with out much effort. The videos are really helpful too.

Pros

I love that it integrates with my existing calendar and systems on my Macbook and iPhone. My Junna's ability to store case notes and build an activity log is most essential though. These case notes are searchable. I would love it if you created Shortcuts

Cons

I'd like to customize field names to better suit my practice. I'm court-appointed so each Case Note needs a date/time stamp. the current implementation doesn't enable this so I manually input YYY-MM-DD XXPM/AM with each case note–not optimal: I need start an end times for each entry

We have started MyJunna this year. It has already shown to be an invaluable software to manage our services as well as our record keeping.

Pros

The software is very intuitive- even for a person not very "tech savvy"! The ability to have all client information at our fingertips for all the staff is a game changer!

Cons

Some of the overlapping with Quick Books is a little vague- but we see that as more of an QB issue probably.

It makes my life easier by being accessible and being able to add users. Customer service is also very responsive. Other platforms are too big or too clinical for care management. MyJunna is just right!

Pros

I love that MyJunna is tailored to the needs of care managers specifically and that it is continually growing to those demands. The platform makes documentation easy and organized and saves me so much time! I also love that it is nurse and woman owned and operated.

Cons

Having to input my data initially and just getting used to using it. But once I did, I can’t imagine going back!

My Junna has been a game changer for my business. It allows me to stay on top of things like case notes and billing and if I get behind it doesn't take long to catch up. In addition, it is constantly improving! I think that is by far the best. My Junna has improved little things that has taken entering case notes from a tedious to a breeze! Basically, making small changes that make a big splash!

Pros

I've used this program over the last 2 years and love that I have the ability to track clients and progress. When there is a problem or question, I get pretty instant results.

Cons

It is very medical driven but easily adaptable for any type of case management field. Sometimes I feel I'm not using the program to its fullest potiential.

I love using My Junna for my care management consulting business. They are professional and nice company to work with. Their service is phenomenal.

Pros

I love the database. It is structured but leaves room for sufficient free formatting. I love their customer service. They are very attentive when you reach out to them and solved whatever I had.

Cons

The only issue I have is their calendar which is limited in event categories. I would like to customize more.

Useful and organized with a friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable team, MyJunna is a great tool for organizing client records and notes.

Pros

MyJunna is great for organizing clients and notes with the necessary information. the best is MyJunna is always adapting and improving with lots of training opportunities and fast responses to questions. I especially love the ability to search within notes- so helpful when Dr's offices call me with minimal information.

Cons

MyJunna can have a bit of a learning curve at first, there are a few caveats to the program but I wouldn't let that be a deal breaker as they are constantly improving and finessing this program.

Pros

MyJunna keeps everything organized, saves me time, and makes managing clients so much easier! I would absolutely recommend!

Cons

Some features take time to learn, and occasional glitches can slow down workflow. But other than that it works great!

My Junna itself is fine, but not when interfaced with Quickbooks for purposes of invoicing and payroll.

Pros

it's easy to add new Clients to My Junna and adding documents to the Clients' profiles is super easy, either by dragging and dropping documents from your computer desktop or by dowloading documents into the folder icon!

Cons

Confusion when interfaced with Quickbooks. Takes a long time to figure out how to manage MyJunna so that Quickbooks corresponding applications are correct (especially in the cases that are not typical everyday issues).

Pros

How easy it is to use, the client intake page, invoicing, the ability to connect with my own calendar and quick books.

Cons

I wish the client notes could be separated with paragraphs etc when you print them or when they appear on the invoice.

Overall, we have been extremely pleased with the transition to MJ. I also feel that the MJ team values our feedback and responds to our suggestions.

Pros

The software is user-friendly and easy to use and train new staff! It was an easy transition from our previous software.

Cons

There not an auto-save on case notes, and we often lose our notes and have to re-enter. This is frustrating for our team

Very Good. It is a handy way to take note. track time, find resources, learn about other cases. In addition, it allows others to see your work for coverage or assistance.

Pros

I love being able to easily complete my notes and track hours!!! Having all of your client information in one place is terrific.

Cons

The calendar is not intuitive. You have to set it for others to see. I can't seem to delete my errors.

It’s been a great experience. Anytime I have a question or a concern it is addressed very quickly. It has Maid running my small business much easier.

Pros

The program is very easy to use. I’m able to individualize it for what I need for my company. Their tech-support is wonderful. Anytime I’ve had an issue, which is very rarely they’re always very responsive

Cons

I don’t really have a con. The program works for what I need it for it keeps all of my business in one place.

It does a great job of organizing all of the information I have to maintain for my clients. It makes billing super easy.

Pros

It's easily used on my phone. I love being able to dictate notes. It's also great being able to have my client's medication list on the go.

Cons

I wish the calendar in the client record allowed for precise times. It only does 30 minute increments.

My Junna is user friendly and customizable. I can create categories and easily add new clients to my database.

I don't think I have any - there are probably some things I wish the system could do, but it could be that I haven't figured out how to do them yet. One thing I wish it could do is run reports or filter based on items in the factsheet. For example, if we could generate a report of all of the clients who had a date of birth in January. Or, all clients who have a certain attorney as their FPOA.

This has been a lifesaver for me to be able to stay on top of billing, which used to be a major time consuming problem for me.

Pros

Ease of note taking and then billing directly from the notes. It's also very easy to add additional notes in the timeline sequence.

Cons

Nothing so far, I was able to navigate around the softward with some ease prior to undergoing any training.

Overall, we find it to be user friendly and we love the team! The tutorials are very helpful! Our experience has been great!

Pros

We enjoy that it is easy to keep up with referral partners and share information amongst our team. It cuts down on us having to text and call each other for information.

Cons

It would be helpful if we could include all care managers on cases without hand clicking on each client.

I have been working with My Junna for about a year now--- and finally just signed up. Never once did I feel pressured into purchasing the product or feel that I was wasting anyones time when I called to schedule yet another discussion or demo.

Pros

The support! If I have any questions or thoughts, I can reach out and speak with someone locally. This product is managed by the same people we see at conferences and they really understand the work that we are doing.

Cons

I am still very new to the My Junna product, so I do not have any cons at this time. Even when I had heard about some negatives from others, \[sensitive content hidden\] was able to share with me some of the changes they have made to correct these known concerns.

Great. I have tried other platforms and nothing comes close to MyJunna for my needs. It is a must have for me.

Pros

It handles all of my needs as an independent advocate: time tracking, notes, documents, and billing. The ability to access from anywhere is fantastic.

Cons

The client portal for clients to upload documents doesn't notify me when a document is uploaded. It also needs the ability to move documents from the upload portal to the client file.

Great, it's been great. \[sensitive content hidden\] is very responsive, and the program is very intuitive. I've been using it since 2020 and been very happy with it.

Pros

Easy to use, we can have multiple care managers on the system, and they can all view each other's clients for on call purposes. Price is reasonable.

Cons

I can't move to the "next client" I have to go back to the client list and chose the next client on the list. It would be nice to just toggle over to "next client" when making agency changes.

Positive. It's been a good platform for our CRM and billing needs. User input has been considered and improvements have been made.

Pros

We've always had quick and responsive support. Suggestions have been taken under advisement and I've been pleased about how quickly someone will get back to me.

Cons

The invoice creation, and the movement between pages, can be very slow. That increases the time it takes me to send out invoices.
