Dans l'ensemble, Peoplesphère reste un bon outil pour la gestion RH et nous apprécions la qualité de l'accompagnement offert.

Pros

Nous utilisons Peoplesphère depuis 4 ans et nous sommes globalement satisfaits de la solution. Le logiciel est complet et facilite la gestion RH au quotidien pour les équipes comme pour les collaborateurs. Les échanges avec notre équipe CSM (\[contenu sensible caché\]) sont toujours agréables et constructifs, et l'équipe support est réactive et disponible pour répondre à nos besoins.

Cons

Cependant, nous notons un rythme d'améliorations qui pourrait être un peu plus soutenu. L'organigramme et la boîte à questions pourraient également bénéficier de quelques optimisations pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur.

La relation avec Peoplesphere est très positive. Nous avons un interlocuteur unique qui s'assure que tous les sujets soient correctement traités.La plateforme évolue beaucoup, et s'adapte à nos demandes dans la mesure du possible.

Interface intuitive pour l'utilisateur, nombreux outils de personnalisation. On peut adapter l'outil à nos besoins.

Cons

Les connecteurs avec les autres modules ne sont pas toujours efficaces. Certains aspects de paramétrages sont compliqués.

Peoplespheres a une vraie attention pour ses clients, et on est bien accompagné (commercial + CSM + support) Les équipes support sont réactives et efficaces. Beaucoup de formations en visio sont proposées et on peut bénéficier du retour d'expérience d'autres clients. Il y a aussi beaucoup de rituels mis en place pour comprendre les besoins des clients et faire évoluer l'outil en conséquence.

Pros

J'apprécie la richesse de l'outil et des fonctionnalités qui permettent une personnalisation très importante de son environnement. Le fait d'agréger des modules de partenaires spécialisés sur leur marché, tout en restant en SSO est un vrai plus pour proposer des services de qualité aux salariés tout en simplifiant les démarches depuis un espace unique.

Cons

L'outil nécessite pour ses administrateurs d'y consacrer du temps : pour la prise en main et ensuite pour suivre toutes les évolutions proposées. Il faut avoir une appétence et une aisance pour les outils numériques.

Il permet d'avoir toutes les données de nos collaborateurs en un seul endroit et de les rendre accessible à n'importe quel moment et de n'importe où.

Pros

Un outil simple et personnalisable qui sait s'adapter à notre fonctionnement. Le SI a permis également d'automatiser des tâches chronophages, de les rendre plus conformes et sécurisées. Un gain de temps indéniable. Une équipe et un support réactif et à l'écoute. Ils sont force de proposition et nous accompagnent dans notre quotidien en nous proposant des solutions efficaces. La solution évolue régulièrement et permet de grandir ensemble.

Cons

Toute solution est perfectible, mais l'équipe est à notre écoute et prend en considération nos demandes d'évolution.
