"How FreshOps helped us grow"
Overall: Overall the experience is excellent with a fantastic ROI. The problem of accountability is solved in that clients can see who has been on site, what times they were there and what tasks have been completed, over and above better than the old paper notes approach
Pros: The software is easy to use for the guys in the workplace and returns great information back at base. From a safety point of view, when staff are working remotely, we can make sure that we know where they are in the shift and quickly contact them if a problem arises. from a client point of view, with their accessability, they also have great information and peace of mind
Cons: The main desktop view is a little cluttered and can be hard to navigate around if you need to make changes. The dashboard on the phone is very tricky to use unless you have small fingers with some clickable links merging. But this is a very minor issue as the staff never use this function anyway just the supervisor

"Where would we be without it?"
Overall: We just have less questions each day about what our team are up to. The scheduling used to be excel and sms, now it's just easy. Timesheet collection was an absolute pain before, but it's just not a task that we even think about now. I think we probably win more proposals now, as the clients really like the idea and features of freshOps too.
Pros: freshOps puts us much more in control our team than we ever thought was possible. We don't need to stress about staff being onsite, we can see instantly. The Task Verification has saved our back sides so often if we've had to provide proof of a cleaning task being completed or even a security system being armed. The Xero Payroll Integration I know has also saved us a tone of time each week dealing with timesheet collection and processing wages.
Cons: We are looking forward to the new mobile apps coming in a couple of months as they are pretty basic still (functional, but we would like some extra features in them).

Pros: its easy to pick orders and its user friendly
Cons: there are some few bugs or glitches on it but if improved can make the best app in the market

Overall: We are becoming aware of time fraud and so much more accuracy across all areas
Pros: This product is awesome in keeping up to date with client details and changes also keeping in touch and up to date with your staff
Cons: What I like least about Freshops is my staff not knowing who they are partnered up with daily

Pros: We could offer clients piece of mind there premises will be attended too as well as giving us another source of information for time and attendance and payroll.
Cons: Just the email notifications don't appear to link to the portal and can't personalize dashboard...
