Great experience, I have used other services but they did not guide me or tried to save my money but Bulk Response treated my money as its their own

Pros

I love their pricing plan and over all services

Cons

There customer support sometimes is not that good but its mostly during public holidays but they quickly reply back and make it upto me later

Pros

easy barrier, you buy then u can use the service right away not like other SMTP where they verify every detail and over scrutinize.

Cons

No support. Live chat is a joke and my DNS records were not set up correctly and I could not get help and the knowledgebase is kind of of old school the instructions not very clear.

I have created highly profitable campaigns programmed with very effective autoresponders.

Pros

we can create unlimited databases of potential customers, something that is limited in other email marketing programs, the autoresponder system is also very good compared to the competition

Cons

sometimes it takes a few minutes to process the import and export of the database of our potential users
