When I was doing manual outreach, I would rely on Norbert thoroughly to get a bunch of decision-makers. It's super fast and easy to use. Pros I like that you can find lots of decision-makers and it's super easy to use. Just put the full name and the website and Norbert does the rest. I also like to pay the connects I'm gonna use, instead of having to pay a monthly fee. Cons Sometimes it doesn't find some decision-makers, but I guess that's not their fault. Some companies really gatekeep that information. That said, Norbert still has had a higher ratio of finding contacts; more than any other service I've used. Hunter I still use every now and then, yet Norbert is better than both. Pros It's fairly cheap, but there is no one behind this company Cons NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! It takes forever to get anything fixed. I had an issue with a list that was blocked, 7 days later, not a single message and the payment keep going through. Great interface, first class support and comprehensive functionality. I'd recommend it to anyone needing to find, validate or broadcast emails! Pros A very easy to set up and use email sequencing tool combined with (what I think is) the best email validation tool of the market. The dashboard performance analysis is excellent as is the email warm up and rotation functions! Cons Having used many email sequencing tools I know my way around them so had few issues getting going. But an overview video would have been useful. Having said that, support was excellent! " February 12, 2024 5.0 As a multi-business owner, I swear by VoilaNorbert. I first started using the tool in 2016 when I was starting my second business and have loved it ever since. It's been extremely helpful for building my professional network, following up with potential new clients, and keeping my both of my businesses running smoothly! I recommend it to all of my colleagues, mentees, and students. Pros In addition to providing more accurate information than other tools I've tested from time to time, the platform is extremely simple to use. There is virtually no setup time or onboarding needed. The intuitive search function takes seconds to use. And it's priced well. I also love that there are no contracts or monthly fees associated with the tool so I can pay for it as I need to. Also, the customer service has been amazing (quick to respond, generous with credits, friendly, personal) in the couple of times I've needed to contact them. I've used other tools in the past such as Hunter that are OK but I've found VoilaNorbert to be far more effective. Have recommended to a lot of my friends who have made the switch from Hunter to Voila Norbert as well. Pros Easy to use and accuracy of emails found. Good value for money as well. If I want to enrish their profiles and validate the list I can do that from within the app too. Cons I am not a fan that my header fields are removed if I have a lot of information about a prospect, but I know the team is working on fixing that and it's not a huge deal.
