November 16, 2021 5.0 Having tried using multiple platforms for ecommerce, Shopit was by far the most straightforward one to navigate around. Pros While I was creating an e-commerce website, I went through multiple platforms which I found confusing and not very user friendly especially for someone who can write their own code. Using Shopit was the complete opposite of what I had experienced and super user friendly from a technical and non-technical standpoint. Adam and your team were always helpful and will keep you in mind for any future e-commerce sites I end up making 😊. Cons If there were any queries I had, they were answered within a quick time frame. Pros Managing multiple Magento sites was costing a lot of time and money, whereas Shopit have made it very simple. Pros I chose shopit because it allowed me to have more than one website - something I wanted so that I could target B2B and B2C users in more appropriate ways. The entry price is also very competitive and the ability to customise is endless. The shopit on boarding team have been very helpful in getting the website setup Cons The website design and setup process is not as slick as others, and it does take some time using it to remember the best way about a tasks, however, this is offset by the amount of support the shopit team provide. They’ve always responded to emails and phone calls and the onboarding/setup meetings via zoom/equivalent have been fantastic. Pros The Unlimited features from the beginning and the pay as you grow feature has been the biggest selling point to my e-commerce clients. The platform itself is easy to use and understand, and we keep unearthing additional features that help Pros We love the idea that you get everything from the beginning - the free trial included site building, stock and product management and of course the orders.
