i feel like this company will help me with recognizing and encouraging my staff for good hard work and encourages us personally to compete on totally different level. im currently on the free version as the pay by person will break my bank at the moment. im testing the waters with the options out there and thus far, ill say skillsboard is the best

Pros

you can customize using the passport feature and notice and follow employees based on strengths and weaknesses helps evaluate each team member based on performance also has trial run for skeptics or new business owners such as myself searching for recomendations

Cons

the only thing i would like to see different would be the paid version maybe not be paid by the person or persons you register. this service gets expensive before realizing what you spend. new businesses need a gateway into software like this at pricing that is affordable, but skillsboard is my favorite and one of the cheapest ive found yet

En general es una buena aplicación para las medianas y pequeñas empresas, y que esté en la nube facilita su uso de forma más eficiente.

Pros

Esta aplicación es buena, porque proporciona varias herramientas para poder gestionar las evaluaciones, habilidades o comentarios de los empleados. Esa basada en la nube, y los empresarios como los empleados pueden manejar la aplicación a través de las aplicaciones móviles con mucha facilidad.
