Also, navigating and using this software is easy and not complicated. The software does not demand high level of skills because the UI is user friendly. Teaching how to use this software to other employees is not that hard. Cons The software does not have Optical Character Recognition that could make the work easier and more efficient. It could be useful if the software added this feature so that we would not look for other softwares that can do the OCR.
