It's helped simplify what used to be time-consuming manual processes and made our workflow much more efficient. A special to Kyle, who helped map our invoices, export new supplier list to our new venue. What was once a painful and lengthy task is now automated, saving us loads of time each month. The team was great to work with, incredibly helpful throughout the setup, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Having software that scans and processes our accounts payable has freed up my time to take on other tasks and support my team more. I wouldn't want to work without it. I also find the support team very helpful and the time between support request and response is instant. Pros Easy to use and once you get the mapping correct each invoice sails through the system from approval to review. I also really love how you can query the invoice with an email to the supplier through lightyear. Cons Sometimes the invoice lay outs can prove tricky for the mapping. But with a bit of patience and/or some support from the team you can normally get this sorted. Pros Lightyear has made our bill processing much more efficient by reducing manual work and streamlining the approval workflow. The platform is easy to use, invoices are processed quickly, and it's easy to track their status from submission to payment. The automation features have improved accuracy and saved our team a significant amount of time. Cons There isn't much to dislike overall, but there is a slight learning curve when first setting up workflows and getting familiar with all the features. It would also be helpful to have more customization options for reporting and approvals to better accommodate different business processes.
