I use the platform primarily to review and authorise invoices, and for that purpose it works well. The process is clear, quick, and reliable, allowing approvals to be completed efficiently without friction. While I don’t use the wider functionality, for invoice sign-off Lightyear delivers a smooth and dependable experience. **Pros:** Lightyear is straightforward and efficient for invoice approval. It makes it easy to review, authorise, and sign off invoices quickly without unnecessary complexity. The interface is clear and does exactly what I need it to do from an approval perspective. **Cons:** As someone who only uses Lightyear for invoice authorisation, many of the wider features feel unnecessary to me.
