Staff have found the approval process easy to follow. All information regarding payments to suppliers is now available in one place. Pros Easy to implement and user friendly. Pros We implemented Lightyear across our franchise network to as it was an easy to use system, that eliminated data entry errors. Lightyear worked with us to integrate the system with our specialised accounting package. Cons It is not easy to go back and check how the system matched our accounting suppliers with Lightyear.
