"Trello"

Pros: It helps me to organize my day and my projects.

Cons: Too complex in some features with too many cards to add.

"Useful software to plan your to do list meticulously "

Pros: I liked the diversity of this software, the simplest being that you can either use it personally or as a team. As a manager, I found this was an easy way for my team to communicate where they were up to with certain projects whilst not having to constantly use emails.

Cons: Really struggling to find anything I liked least about this software, it is really so fantastic and simple to use for all levels.

"Freshservice and trello integration "

Overall: It is efficient especially in monitoring my I.T services to my clients

Pros: I like the fact that it automates a lot of tasks for me especially the use of ETL pipeline that helps me build data with no cloud service codes. It's overall functionality is excellent.

Cons: Consistency is the key to everything but with this software, no. Most of the work I do is all about research but the software does not integrate with Google making my work somehow slow.

"Top pour réunions et projets collaboratifs"

Pros: Je l'ai utilisé dans le cadres de mon travail en équipe pour nos réunions. La facilité de l'interface est plaisante, cela nous a bien aidés surtout car nous étions en télétravail donc cette salle de réunion virtuelle avec ses affichages nous a bien rendu service.

Cons: Je préfèrerais, lors de ma connexion, avoir le billet le plus récent plutôt que de devoir le chercher manuellement avec la souris. Egalement, lorsque nous répondons à un commentaire, il serait plus appréciable de trouver cette réponse sous le commentaire en question pour plus de lisibilité.

"Very good product and easy to use."

Overall: The union is excellent and that way one always ends up complementing the other.

Pros: It has excellent features, easy to use, self explanatory and with good performance. It's the best I've used.

Cons: Having more storage capacity and charging is necessary I know, but maybe having a free version with less features would be really cool.

"Ideal pata automatizar flujos de trabajo"

Overall: Fue facil de integrar desde los Power-Ups, y realmente resulta interesante de cara sobre todo a la resolución de tickets, mucho más rápida y sencilla.

Pros: Tiene una IU clara y facil de explorar, que apoya al afuncionameinto fluido del Service desk de TI.

Cons: Hasta que se generan las bases de todo lo que se va a gestionar, y aunque esto lo permite hacer desde formatos como CSV o excell, resulta poco práctico.

"Easy"

Overall: 100% Great experience.

Pros: It was easy to complete my training using Trello, it was easy to understand .

"Es una app qué mantiene mi día a día en orden "

"Great integration to boost my teams work!"

Pros: I like that its working two way and I can now better manage my tickets-related task in both softwares.

Cons: I didn't have any issues with it so far so there's nothing to dislike.
