"WMPT loves Jane!"

**Overall:** Seamless, painless, and actually enjoyable. We left our zoom call with \[sensitive content hidden\] beaming today. I've never had a company for any product or service reach out after one year of use to take time out of their schedule to chat with us, get our feedback, and troubleshoot any issues we haven't had time to figure out yet due to our busy schedules. It was SO helpful.

**Pros:** What is there not to like?! Every time we have a question, either Jane chat or an actual representative is quick, responsive, genuinely nice, and knows their product backwards and forwards. The interface of Jane is extremely intuitive and customizable. They continually are asking users how they can improve their product and then actually acting upon that input with effective changes. LOVE LOVE LOVE Jane!!

**Cons:** nothing! - I seriously can't recommend this medical records and booking system enough to my colleagues.

"Appoinment scheduling Application"

**Overall:** Overall, my experience with Jane has been positive. It is a reliable platform for managing schedules, organizing appointments, and maintaining workflow visibility. It simplifies coordination and helps keep operations running smoothly

**Pros:** Jane is very user-friendly and well-organized, making it easy to manage scheduling, appointments, and client information in one place.

**Cons:** At times, certain features require multiple steps, which can slow things down slightly. Additionally, integration with highly specialized tools or systems is not always as flexible as needed.
