The Jane team, works to alleviate any issues or problems you may have with anything. They are so very supportive. I had \[sensitive content hidden\] work on a unique solution for me for days!! Im so ever appreciative !!

Its only me at the centre, and i have to pay for as though i have a staff, due to how my bookings needed to be done

Overall I think Jane is a very useful software for businesses and consumers.

Pros

Jane is really easy for people booking appointments. You can choose between multiple services, times and practitioners all at once. It is really good for businesses with lots of different service providers.

Cons

I find that my older family members sometimes have trouble with technology and this is no different. I have to book for them as they are too nervous to try.

### "Finally found the perfect EHR system for my solo practice."

Excellent all around. I went through a few competitive EHR systems prior to using Jane and Jane excelled at all the common features and offered many more features that made my solo practice run super smooth. Patients always complimented the interface with the reminders, receipts, scheduling, etc. Never experienced any glitches.

Pros

Everything! It's a well thought out software, with an excellent user interface for both practitioner and patients.

Cons

Getting set up seemed complicated and the process took some time. Once done however it was time well worth investing since once I was up and running, never had any issues and everything ran smooth.

### "Great for a large Clinic"

A great intuitive program that is constantly improving and has excellent support. Better suited for more public-facing operations, as opposed to smaller practices that need more control over their bookings.

Pros

It's beautiful, Canadian, and many businesses use Jane, making it easy for customers to use.

Cons

It makes it very difficult to limit your day. I had to remove my online availability completely and book all of my appointments manually due to the lack of control online in this regard.

The Jane experience has been fantastic. Great service combined with a flexible platform and low price checks most of needs.

Pros

Jane has the best customer service I have ever experienced. The phone wait is usually less than 3 minutes. The agents are knowledgeable and they will spend as much time as necessary to solve your issues. While not perfect, Jane is very flexible and can accommodate most user requirements.

Cons

The memberships expire after a maximum of 52 billing periods and memberships can only include 1 type of service. If you want to sell clients multiple services to a client, you must sign them up for multiple memberships.

I used Jane for about a year and really liked the software. I just switched to another office that was using ClinicSense and liked some of the features better that ClinicSense had to offer.

Pros

The ease of use. The aesthetic of the interface. The wait list option for clients.

Cons

The price. There was no weekly mass email option to help fill available appointments.

Overall I am very happy with Jane. I have never had an appointment be accidentally double booked when using this system.

Pros

I feel like most of the healthcare or wellness businesses I go to use Jane. It is so easy to book. You can add forms for people to fill out ahead of time.

Cons

I like that they can send you an email or text message reminder ahead of time, depending on your preference. It would be cool if they could add other ways like an automated phone call/voicemail.

love JANE. work in a hospital as well with the platform Medi-tech and others and jane is better than them all

Pros

customer service is fabulous, never wait times, always polite, courteous and above all VERY knowledgeable and able to understand them clearly

Cons

lack of search available in treatment packages, too much scrolling to find a specific treatment
