I have recommended it to multiple companies that have asked about what we use. It has a great inventory system and has a small learning curve which the Carton Cloud team. I felt the value was perfect for our small business. Cons We have had Carton Cloud for over 6 months now. We have been using the platform to manage day-to-day operations at FDR Warehouse, including receiving, inventory management, order processing, shipping, and customer reporting. It has helped us move away from manual processes and create a more organized and standardized workflow for our team. As a growing 3PL warehouse, we work with customers who have different inventory and fulfillment requirements. CartonCloud gives us the visibility and tools needed to manage these operations efficiently while also providing our customers with better access to their inventory information. The platform is user-friendly for our warehouse team, and the scanning and inventory tracking capabilities have helped us improve accuracy and accountability. There are still opportunities for improvement in customization, reporting, integrations, and automation, but overall, CartonCloud has been a reliable WMS and an important part of our warehouse operations and growth. Pros What I like most about CartonCloud is that it gives our warehouse team one centralized system to manage inventory, receiving, storage, and outbound orders. As a 3PL warehouse, visibility and accuracy are extremely important, and CartonCloud helps us keep inventory organized while providing our customers with better information about their products. The system is relatively easy for our warehouse staff to use, and features such as barcode/QR scanning help make receiving and order processing more efficient. We also like having customer access and inventory reporting available through the system. It helps reduce manual spreadsheets, emails, and unnecessary communication between our warehouse team and customers. CartonCloud has also been flexible enough to support different types of customers and warehouse operations. Overall, it has helped FDR Warehouse improve inventory control, standardize our processes, and operate more professionally as our 3PL business continues to grow. Cons One area where CartonCloud could improve is flexibility and customization for more complex 3PL warehouse operations. As our business has grown and we have taken on customers with different requirements, we have occasionally found that certain workflows require additional setup or workarounds rather than being handled exactly the way we would prefer. Some features and integrations can also take time to configure and fully understand, especially when onboarding a new customer with unique inventory, reporting, or billing requirements. We would also like to see more advanced reporting, automation, and customization options that warehouse operators can configure themselves without requiring additional support. Overall, these are areas for improvement rather than major problems. CartonCloud remains an important part of our daily warehouse operations, and continued development of customization, integrations, and automation would make the platform even stronger for growing 3PL companies. My customers love the easy Integration. Cons Can't really find many things. The team I have had training from have been fantastic. Pros The stock tracking and now the integration with our courier company. I am liking how my clients have live numbers - this has taken this having to provide numbers to clients away from me. Cons Not being able to access stock numbers etc from the app - be able to look at numbers on the app would be fantastic. Would love more ongoing training as an offer ever 6 months so we can use Carton cloud a lot better - it is a lot to take in at beginning and now I feel it could work better for me with more training options included as an ongoing - I have learnt heaps myself and now I need more training to be able to use this more to my advantage. Many IT companies claim to be agile, but Carton Cloud are one of very few I have worked with that are adaptable, and able to help with solutions. Cons Carton Cloud is incredibly powerful, and the down side is that many people don't know how to use all its features, and hence not understand its value.Some suggested ideas seems to take exceedingly long times to implement, but those abilities are not critical factors in using the equipment. They even can receive proof of delivery in case they are not home at the time od delivery. Really awesome in my opinion. Pros I have implemented Cartoncloud for our courier in order to help us with the new benefits of delivery for our customers, since we are trying to reach remote places, this has became perfect for us, we can manage our deliveries more efficiently and faster. Letting our customers in all moments where their stuff is at. Cons Can point any drawback yet, we have only use it for about 9 months with no issues. Pros Enables paperless national operation. All critical admin info is available at the click of a button, not from sorting through a filing cabinet. Errors are visibly obvious, as are inefficiencies. Cons Did take a few weeks to get our head around moving through the screens and where to find things. but we did skimp on the onboarding sessions, so no fault of theirs. It is very intuituve and suits a 3PL company and does it well. ALignment from orders, inbound, outbound and consignments all the way through to automated invoicing with Zero. Pros Ability and flexibility of dropping data and settings into excel for mass manipulation and upload back into CC. Cons Learning the ins and outs of features within CC is hard ot navigate solo. We needed a coach, in came \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] for a health check and he has changed our business.
