Admittedly I have not used other software but we have found it so limited from a customer point of view. Purchase orders, Sales orders, adding stock, informing the warehouse of incoming stock. Just endless difficulties and paperwork. Have spent $$$ and >9 months now trying to get an integration done just so that we don't have to work in Carton Cloud. We have been using the information they publish for API development. Numerous nuances that cannot be determined from their API information published. Still not up and running. Will have to use their consultants to get it done. Can't face having to work on their "customer of a warehouse using Carton cloud" platform. Pros I cannot offer any. We are paying for an integration with other software just so that we don't have to use Carton cloud as a customer of a warehouse using Carton cloud. Operations manager Import and Export Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Awesome logistics software" March 7, 2025 5.0 Besides how easy to use, the most i like it about is how easy and intuitive for our customers is to use, the interface is very user friendly, letting our customers track their packages at any time and with details. They even can receive proof of delivery in case they are not home at the time od delivery. Really awesome in my opinion. Pros I have implemented Cartoncloud for our courier in order to help us with the new benefits of delivery for our customers, since we are trying to reach remote places, this has became perfect for us, we can manage our deliveries more efficiently and faster. Cons As with anything new, there are change elements your business has to adapt to, so moving from something we had been using for many yrs, and that our staff were completely used to, has had some challenges. We chose to be deliberate about the integration into our business, and perhaps would like to have made the changeover faster, but the progress has suited our own people and our customers, as we looked to mitigate any risks, and also reap the benefits of each part of Cartoncloud that we have 'switched-on' as we have progressed. It has made our 3pl business easier to operate and given us the ability to be able to scan out products for customer orders. Pros We have been using CartonCloud for over 18 months now and absolutely love the software. It is really easy to navigate. The CartonCloud team made the initial on-boarding seamless with great on-line training with a CartonCloud trainer which was easy to follow. The ongoing support from the technical team is amazing. If we have a query, we always receive a fast response/solution back within a few hours after sending. The team have been great to work with particularly \[sensitive content hidden\] in Integrations. Cons CartonCloud is perfect for our needs. We don't have any 'cons' to note. The system is well set up and covers everything we need for our 3pl clients. We frequently check in with CartonCloud to scope new possible integrations or automated process like reports or fulfilment updates and tracking to ecommerce storefronts. Pros Ability to find integration solutions for all 3PL clients through direct API integration, parsers, or logins to let old-school clients enter their own orders. Also visible history logs for orders, products & invoices helps keep track of changes and updates to all aspects of the warehouse. Cons Amending stock on hand details can be unintuitive at times as system adjusts stock to 0 and adjusts in new product with updated details, invalidating old labels and making it hard to track stock.
