The team are great to deal with, they are always there to help and open to looking into solutions wherever possible. The functionality is good and as we implement, there more benefits we continue to see.

Pros

Web Based, easy to get the hang of with good functionality available

Cons

Some reporting functionality is missing, but this is being worked on and will assist.

The software is incredibility easy to use and navigate. Many of my drivers had never used a smart phone or tablet before being introduced to Carton Cloud, they have all been able to jump on to the mobile app and use it with ease after just a couple of days and minimal training.

Pros

Clear navigation, Flexible, Easy to use, Quick to learn, Saves time, Reduces errors, Cloud Based...

Cons

Nothing really so far, if i had to pick something it would be when editing an address or other details from a raised consignment,once saved it remains on the page rather then return to the consignment i was looking at.

the support team are brilliant and are there to help. Quick and efficient with similar backgrounds to the end user so they talk the right language

Pros

the products comes with all the features you would expect from a large and complex WMS on a cloud based platform. Easy integration with Xero also. The ability to glass capture signatures on Cell phones and also their us in the warehouse environment is brilliant. to be able to have a TMS and WMS all in one system and available to Small business lifts our abilities to perform at a higher level

Cons

WMS is still developing but the team is working hard with releases and the Android App version is coming so we cant wait
