We have been using the platform to manage day-to-day operations at FDR Warehouse, including receiving, inventory management, order processing, shipping, and customer reporting. It has helped us move away from manual processes and create a more organized and standardized workflow for our team. As a growing 3PL warehouse, we work with customers who have different inventory and fulfillment requirements. CartonCloud gives us the visibility and tools needed to manage these operations efficiently while also providing our customers with better access to their inventory information. The platform is user-friendly for our warehouse team, and the scanning and inventory tracking capabilities have helped us improve accuracy and accountability. There are still opportunities for improvement in customization, reporting, integrations, and automation, but overall, CartonCloud has been a reliable WMS and an important part of our warehouse operations and growth. Pros What I like most about CartonCloud is that it gives our warehouse team one centralized system to manage inventory, receiving, storage, and outbound orders. As a 3PL warehouse, visibility and accuracy are extremely important, and CartonCloud helps us keep inventory organized while providing our customers with better information about their products. The system is relatively easy for our warehouse staff to use, and features such as barcode/QR scanning help make receiving and order processing more efficient. We also like having customer access and inventory reporting available through the system. It helps reduce manual spreadsheets, emails, and unnecessary communication between our warehouse team and customers. CartonCloud has also been flexible enough to support different types of customers and warehouse operations. Overall, it has helped FDR Warehouse improve inventory control, standardize our processes, and operate more professionally as our 3PL business continues to grow. The team I have had training from have been fantastic. Pros The stock tracking and now the integration with our courier company. I am liking how my clients have live numbers - this has taken this having to provide numbers to clients away from me. Cons Not being able to access stock numbers etc from the app - be able to look at numbers on the app would be fantastic. Would love more ongoing training as an offer ever 6 months so we can use Carton cloud a lot better - it is a lot to take in at beginning and now I feel it could work better for me with more training options included as an ongoing - I have learnt heaps myself and now I need more training to be able to use this more to my advantage.
