Pros: It is a easy to use accounting program. Easy to reconcile check registers, manage A/P vendors and GL entries are easy to do.

Cons: The integration with our PMS is not available and there is no Accounts receivable functions.

Overall: This is great for P&L statements and for generating reports that can be utilized in revenue management and managing budgets

Pros: Easy to learn and navigate and use for new users.

Cons: It has a dated look and seems old. Not meant for big groups.

Overall: Easy to learn and use. Needs to be sleeker.

We at M3 appreciate all feedback and thank you for the kind remarks. We also appreciate taking the time to provide this review. We are constantly upgrading the accounting product and while the "look" may not change that often, the features and functionality have been enhanced and upgraded hundreds of times - all at no charge to our customers. We are proud that we have never charged an upgrade fee, that we work without formal agreements and that these values have helped us grow to almost 5,700 individual properties that use M3 on a daily basis. These customers include some of the largest companies and most complicated portfolios in the industry. I am not sure what this reviewer deems a "big group"; however, M3 serves hundreds of customers with more than 10 properties in their portfolio with many of those in the 100 property range. Pros: Easy to use. Many hoteliers use this software. It can be tied directly to your POS, saving time and money. Easy to run reports and keep AP and AR organized. It is also easy to customize and if necessary to integrate with excel when preparing for annual budgets.

Cons: Sometimes updates are done at inconvenient times and continually has glitches once in a while.

Overall: Very satisfied
